Solo stay

I have stayed at this hotel in the past but not very recently. The renovated "club" room in which I stayed this time is very well done. The layout of the room is more or less as it was before the renovation. That was always very spacious; almost a suite. But now everything is fresh and looking new. That room, facing the back was very quiet too. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will return.

Stayed with family

It’s a great location. I stayed there as a female solo traveller and it was very safe. I think what stood out to me most was the customer service I received from the moment I walked in. Bala and Meryl at front desk were very professional and took care of any of my needs well. Everyone from the bellboy, cleaners to kitchen staff all upheld an outstanding standard for service.

Fantastic
Very clean property. Our room was very clean, large, and had a comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was fresh and had a large variety of food items. Hotel staff gets 5 out of 5 - polite, professional, and very efficient.
