The outing is nicely planned out - you get to see all the best attractions of Makati party night life. Our guide Jeric (JJ ) was really cool , guided us through the crowd and made sure that all of us had a really good time.

the room and location is really great! it has a wonderful cityline sky view. we enjoyed our stay. our room got upgraded to a 3-bedroom from my initial 2-bedroom deluxe. it was an amazing stay, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has the amenities I needed. we also love the food at the breakfast buffet and enjoyed the swimling pool

This is our third time staying at Privato Makati. The staff are courteous, including security, housekeeping, front desk, and luggage assistants. Thank you for your excellent service from security and housekeeping, and everyone else on duty from May 17-19, 2026. It's also a quiet place; you can barely hear outside noise. We love the size of the bed in their Executive King room, which is perfect for a family of three. The bed is so large and very comfortable, it can even fit four people! The parking is spacious and safe. It's very affordable and even has a pool. The only slight issue during our stay was the pool; the water wasn't clean and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned yet. However, during our previous stays, the pool was fine. This is the first time we've encountered such dirty water. It would be better if they had a water filter so the water would still be clean even if it wasn't replaced. We didn't really enjoy the pool this time, but hopefully, it will be clean again next time. 😁

Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a convenient location and the place was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the pool area—it was a nice spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a good experience and definitely worth considering for a comfortable stay. Would be happy to visit again!

1. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces for guests. Free parking once checked in; additional free parking for 2 hours after checking out.
2. Room: We were surprised that our room was upraged from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room for free. A complimentary birthday cake was delivered to the room.
3. Buffet breakfast (Cafe 1228): Plenty of food choices. The food was good, however, some dishes are cold. Suggestion: food warmer.
4. Restaurants (The Lounge and Jasmine): Great food and service. There was an issue with the airconditioning system in The Lounge when we had our lunch. They explained it and seated us near an air cooler.
5. Rescue Bar (by the pool): Great pizza and drinks. Great service as well.
6. Pool area: The pool was clean. The attendants were accommodating. Even though it was raining a bit and the weather was cold, the pool was still warm.
A 5-star hotel giving a 5-star quality service.

Mostly everything was good! They allowed us to check-in early and it was a very smooth process. The room was clean upon arrival. The bed, pillows and comforter was great and we also had a great view of the Makati skyline. The only thing I noticed is that when I showered the water would get on the toilet and sink area and it would accumulate and not really go down the drain easily so you need to push the water back to the shower or the drain for it to dry faster. Other than that everything else is superb!
