E-Visa Application Process

• Provide order number
• Color electronic file of passport inner page (passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the expected entry date, with complete data displayed, clear and without reflection)
• Electronic file of headshot photo (must provide a white background headshot different from the passport photo, with clear facial features, visible ears and eyebrows, no teeth showing, no glasses, can be taken with a mobile phone or retaken against a white wall background)
• Flight and reservation records with correct entry and exit dates for Vietnam
• After regular application, approximately 7 working days (excluding holidays), obtain the visa file according to the reply method of the plan
• After the visa is issued, please check that the information is correct and print a hard copy
• Upon arrival in Vietnam, bring your passport and visa hard copy to the immigration counter for customs clearance

Expedited Service Description

• 3-day expedited service: 3 working days from the next working day after submission, return around 18:00 on the 3rd day.
• 2-day expedited service: 2 working days from the next working day after submission, return around 18:00 on the 2nd day.
• 1-day expedited service: 1 working day from the next working day after submission, return around 18:00 on the 1st day.
• 4-hour expedited service: Submission before 9:00 in the morning, return around 13:00 in the afternoon; Submission before 15:00 in the afternoon, return around 19:00 in the evening.

Single/Multiple Entry Description

• Single entry visa: Can be used for entry and exit once within the visa validity period, and automatically becomes invalid after use. (Must enter and exit within the validity period)
• Multiple entry visa: Can be used for unlimited entries and exits within the visa validity period, and automatically becomes invalid after the validity period expires. (Must enter and exit within the validity period)

Difference between Agency Service and Guaranteed Approval

• Agency Service: Applied through the official Vietnamese website. Whether the visa is issued or not is decided by the official. If rejected, no reason will be given, and approval cannot be guaranteed.
• Guaranteed Approval: Applied through the local visa department. Data evaluation is more controllable. If data is insufficient, supplementary documents can be provided until approval is granted. This guarantees approval but cannot guarantee the processing working days. If the time is too close and you are worried about delaying your valuable itinerary, it is recommended to order expedited service.
• Return Method: iTour assists with the application process and tracks the application results. After the visa is issued, the electronic visa file will be provided.

Notes

• Working days: Refers to normal working days, excluding holidays, weekends, and non-working days in Taiwan and Vietnam.
• Travelers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional 5 USD + 2 headshot photos (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) upon arrival in Vietnam.
• Please note that some nationalities cannot apply for a visa.
• If entering Phu Quoc Island airport and then transferring to other cities in Vietnam, a visa is still required, and the date of entry into Phu Quoc Island will be considered the visa start date; Upon entry, please check that your passport has an “EV” entry stamp. If there is any discrepancy, please immediately report it to the immigration officer and request correction to avoid affecting subsequent transfers or entry.
