VIP Fast Track service for Immigration at Ho Chi Minh City - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN)

highly recommend purchasing this if you want to skip the long queues in and out of immigration. took about 25 mins to clear immigration into HCM and only 5 mins during departure. the normal queues were snaking long which looked like about 1-2 hours waiting time.

highly recommend especially for arrival immigration as the normal queues were snaking long. waiting time around 1-2 hours. for the fast track queue, we waited about 20 mins to clear immigration. easy communication with staff via WhatsApp. they sent us clear communication on where to meet and what to look out for.

I got stuck in traffic so only had 45 to board my flight… AND THANKFULLY I purchased this fasttrak. there would’ve been NO WAY I was making that flight in time because luggage check in and immigration line was LONG. Thank you to Hien and Hoi for getting in my plane 😭. My flight was for 8 AM on a Monday and the lines for both check in bags and immigration is was VERY long. For departure you check in bags if you have any then you meet a Klook fasttrack employee will wait for you designated area and help guide you through priority immigration. Below photos was check in bags the second photo was PRE immigration. Two lines where you show your passport then second where you go through TSA. With fasttrak I skipped all.

This was recommended to us from a YouTube video. Everything went as planned but we still had to queue up for about half an hour to get through immigration. There seemed to be pretty big queues in the main section but did this save us any time in the end? Probably. But I had nothing to compare it with, so I’m just going to assume that it was a wise investment. Truthfully, you’ve likely already spent thousands of dollars organizing your Vietnam holiday already. Adding another $30-$40 AUD in the hopes that this saves you queueing for hours after a long plane flight - probably a wise investment I reckon.

Arrived at SGN 0800 local time and frankly we could've just went the normal immigration route since there weren't that many people in line. But overall the process was fuss-free; just look out for the staff holding the signboard. Took us ~30mins to clear immigration, collect our bags, and get onboard our Grab ride into HCMC.

Got the fast track for departure coz I had to stand in line for close to an hour the last time I left HCM. My flight this time was around 1800 and there was a line again, although not as long as the last time I was here. was it worth it? I guess... coz it takes the guesswork out of the equation. keep an eye for which line to join once the guide brings you through. the immigration officers were a bit weird about you joining lines that weren't "assigned" but if they wave you over to their counter then you're good to join. what's the difference? I have no idea.

The best decision I made for my trip. I landed on Friday at around 2:30 PM, and the immigration queue was insanely long. It would have easily taken 1.5 to 2 hours just to get my passport stamped. I’m so glad I purchased this ticket. To my surprise, the queue was much longer than expected, but with this service, I only waited about 15 minutes. It saved me a lot of time and made my arrival experience much smoother. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to skip the long wait and start their trip stress-free!

Just taking the immigration option is fine; if your trip is early in the morning, you might not need it. However, if your trip's departure or arrival is from midday onwards, it's highly recommended, especially if you're traveling with children or the elderly. The normal lane is extremely long, and standing for a long time is very tiring. My group finished in about 15 minutes, but I met other groups again after more than an hour.

This was worth it for my sister and I. The regular lines would have been very long. We still had to wait for a little while (I think the fast track line initially wasn't moving) but still pretty fast maybe 15-20 minutes overall. We got through immigration and beat our luggage so we spent ost of our time just waiting for the luggage to come through. Overall, if you arrive arriving at a busy time and dont mind spending a bit of money, I would highly recommend booking this to save yourself a couple of hours.

great communication, on time and profesional. althought, my wife has a VN passport so we end up did not use the full service. however, the rep was ready on the spot and lead us as far as she can to the immigration line.
