If the information is incorrect, it may affect on-site reception or service usage. Once the information is filled out and the booking is successfully made, the service is considered arranged, and no separate booking confirmation will be sent.
• Please be sure to proactively join the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure, and proactively provide your order number to confirm the meeting time and location. If you do not join WhatsApp within the specified time, it may result in the inability to receive service smoothly on-site.
• Please use the service in accordance with the arrival or departure procedures shown on the product page.
• If children or infants are traveling with you, please provide their "passport English name" and "date of birth (AD)" in the remarks column to facilitate service arrangements.

[Arrival Process]

• After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs to "Arrival Immigration" to the immigration officer inspection area.
• In front of the immigration officer inspection area, look for staff holding a sign with "Love Vietnam" written on it.
• [Special Note for Hanoi Airport] Due to different operating regulations at Hanoi Airport, on-site staff for Hanoi arrival services will hold a reception sign with "WELCOME TO NỘI BÀI" written on it, not "Love Vietnam." Please pay special attention to identification.
• Staff will verify passenger information and guide them to the designated priority immigration lane.
• Once passengers enter the immigration officer inspection area, according to airport immigration unit regulations, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance.
• Please remain in the designated immigration lane throughout the process. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.
• Passengers need to complete the immigration officer inspection procedure on their own according to on-site instructions. The arrival immigration service ends once the immigration officer inspection is completed.

[Departure Process]

• After arriving at the airport, please proceed to the airline counter on your own to complete check-in and baggage check.
• Please go to the designated departure meeting point 2 hours before your flight departure and look for staff holding a sign with "Love Vietnam" written on it.
• Staff will verify passenger information and guide them to the designated priority immigration lane.
• Once passengers enter the immigration officer inspection area, according to airport immigration unit regulations, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance.
• Please remain in the designated immigration lane throughout the process. If you leave or change lanes on your own, the service may be interrupted.
• For passengers who have not purchased fast security check, please complete the immigration officer inspection procedure on your own according to on-site instructions. The departure immigration service ends once the inspection is completed.
• For passengers who have purchased fast security check, after the immigration officer inspection is completed, staff will assist in guiding them to the fast security check channel. The departure immigration service ends once the security check is completed.

[Special Notes for Each Airport]

Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)

• Ho Chi Minh Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with frequent flights and a large number of passengers. 09:00-18:00 daily is the peak period for arrivals and departures, and immigration clearance may require waiting for more than 3 hours. This service can help reduce waiting time for immigration clearance, but it does not mean no queuing or guaranteed immediate clearance. Please confirm your acceptance before booking.

Hanoi Airport (HAN)

• Due to different operating regulations at Hanoi Airport, on-site staff for Hanoi arrival services will hold a reception sign with "WELCOME TO NỘI BÀI" written on it, not "Love Vietnam." Please pay special attention to identification.
• Due to Hanoi Airport operating regulations, on-site staff for departure services cannot receive passengers with hand-held signs. Please be sure to proactively join the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 at least 48 hours before your flight departure, and provide your order number to facilitate subsequent provision of meeting points and reception instructions. If you do not join within the specified time, it may affect on-site reception arrangements.
• Hanoi Airport departure service already includes fast security check service.

• According to airport policy, Vietnamese passports cannot be used for immigration clearance services, except at Da Nang and Phu Quoc airports. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• This service is a priority immigration assistance service. The actual queuing time and clearance speed will depend on the airport crowd and on-site arrangements on the day.

• If your flight is an overnight flight (e.g., departing from 00:00-02:00), please be sure to use the actual flight date when booking; for arrival services, please fill in the correct arrival date and time; for departure services, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
• If the service arrangement time does not match due to incorrect date entry, it will affect on-site reception, and the passenger will be responsible for any related consequences.
• If the booked service airport is clearly inconsistent with the provided flight information, or if the information is incorrect and does not meet the service conditions, resulting in the inability to arrange service, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
• Once the booking is completed and the correct required information is provided, the service is considered arranged, and no separate notification of arrangement completion will be provided.
• Passengers are responsible for preparing a passport valid for more than 6 months, as well as relevant documents and visas for their entry purpose, on the day of service use. This service does not include Vietnamese visa application or processing.
• This service is only applicable to e-visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, due to additional waiting and processing time, an on-site waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged. Passengers are responsible for preparing relevant forms, photos, and fees.
• Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 passport-sized photos (4x6 cm or 2x2 inches) when entering Vietnam.
• On-site staff for departure services will only wait for and receive passengers starting 2 hours before the flight departure. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff are arranged to wait, this is a normal operating arrangement.
• On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated immigration lane or enter the immigration officer inspection area, on-site staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance. Passengers must remain in the designated lane throughout the process. If they leave or change immigration lanes on their own, the service may be interrupted.
• If there are many people and you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point immediately, please contact customer service via WhatsApp immediately, provide your order number, photos of the on-site environment, and your current location, and wait at the original spot as instructed.
• If you do not contact and confirm in the above manner and proceed with immigration on your own or leave the designated process, it will be considered a waiver of service, and no refund will be given.

Q4: Is it just someone leading me, but actually not helpful? A4: No. This service includes on-site guidance, process assistance, and priority lane arrangements, not just simple directions. Actual immigration clearance still requires immigration officers to inspect passports according to law, and the clearance speed is not determined by on-site staff.

Q5: Why can’t the staff accompany me all the way to the end of the queue? A5: According to airport and immigration regulations, on-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are handed over to immigration officers for inspection, on-site staff can no longer enter the queue or accompany them.
