Booking Requirements
- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 1 month(s) before the expiration date
- Day charges are based on 24 hours. For example, if you pick up the motorbike or scooter in 8:00am on 1 May and return it in 8:00am on 2 May, you will be charged for 1 day of rental
- Your motorcycle brand will be selected randomly
- Minimum age requirement 18+
- Vietnamese citizens must present a valid ID and driver's license upon receiving the motorcycle
- Non-Vietnamese passport holders must present their passport upon receiving the motorcycle
- The operator will keep your ID/passport as a deposit, they will return your ID/passport if everything is in order
- If you do not want to deposit your passport, a deposit of VND5,000,000 (for semi and automatic motorcycle), VND7,000,000 (for big automatic motorcycle), VND12,000,000 (for manual motorcycle) or 23,000,000 (for large displacement motorcycle) to local operator is required
- In case you damage or lost the motorcycle, Klook, the operator and the customer will discuss to come up with the best agreement
- You can pick up the vehicle and return it at 4 Luong The Vinh, Da Nang without any additional fees
- If you choose to return your vehicle in Hue, you can return at operator's office or leave your rental vehicle in your hotel in Hue, our local operator will come there to pick-up. Please provide your hotel address at check out page
- Your luggage will be transferred free of charge from Da Nang to Hue. You can receive your luggage at your hotel or operator’s office depending on your chosen return location

- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- Surcharge information
- Day charges are based on 24 hours. If you return your motorcycle late in working hours (08:00 - 19:00), an surcharge of 2USD/motorcycle will be incure
- If you return later than working hour, surcharge is 6 USD/motorcycle
- If you return after 19:00, we already closed and you have to return tomorrow and pay one more day rental

I rode a motorcycle back and forth from Da Nang to Marble Mountain and Hoi An twice. It was easy to ride and communicate in English. The disadvantage is that the helmet smells bad. It is recommended to bring your own headgear.
Need to get contact from klook agent if you are rushing to arrange delivery time of motorbike. The motorbike is cheap after use klook point, i booked the one with clush, not auto type. If u book auto type, u cannot go up to son tra hill or peak as u will be stopped halfway by guard. I was first dont understand at day 1, thereafter on day 5, i went up and realised the slope gradient can be up to 18degree, so it is for safety purpose. If u stop at this 18degree slope, perhaps you will get slided down if dont hold brake properly. Good service is that they can collect back the motorbike at airport but need to communicate first, then might save u 60k grab taxi cost at least. One shortcoming is that the motorbike come with only 1 left mirror, but that mirror has been limited its adjustment cause you unable to view properly rear view. You can highlight before delivery to save replacement time. This price worth the rental, so i give 5stars.
I rented a motorcycle here through klook for 5 days and 4 nights. The motorcycle was very new and had good performance. I called a grab to pick up the car after arriving at the airport. The boss spoke very good English and there was no problem communicating in English. A deposit of 40 US dollars was collected and returned when the motorcycle was returned. The overall experience was okay, and I can give it 4 stars out of 5. I will patronize it again next time.

Service: The reserved car model was unavailable, but they provided a free upgrade instead! I even felt lucky. Apparently, it was a vehicle prepared for a tour, and it came with a full tank of gas. Vehicle Condition: It was a relatively new car that seemed well-maintained. Personally, I would have preferred the rear brake to be set a little lighter, but that's just a preference. Service: When I explained my planned itinerary, they suggested realistic alternatives. Following their advice was the right choice! I might have gotten sick if I had stuck to my original plan. I'm grateful for their suggestions that aligned with the local conditions.
