The staff were professional, gave clear instructions, and ensured everyone felt comfortable before starting. The course had just the right level of thrill with some small rapids. Everything was also well-organised—we arrived early around 9am and even had time for a quick zipline before rafting, with no unnecessary waiting. The surrounding scenery added nicely to the overall experience. That said, the main highlight here is definitely the rafting—there isn’t much else to do. We did bump into rocks a few times and even got stuck briefly, but it was all part of the fun and still felt safe. The equipment looked clean and well-maintained. There’s also a staff member who helps take photos, which you can purchase for about 5,000 VND each and receive via email. Overall, it’s a great activity if you’re looking for something adventurous to do in Da Nang. Just note that getting a Grab from the area can be quite difficult—I was lucky to find a driver nearby.

A must-try activity in Da Nang! We enjoyed this the most. Their slides and pool were great, and even though it was raining, the pool water was somehow warm, which made it even more enjoyable. The rafting itself is truly a must-try! The staff were everywhere, making sure everyone was safe, so you could enjoy the thrill without worrying too much. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We’ll surely come back in the coming years, this time with our kids. 🥰❤️

Very easy booking. Just showed the Klook voucher for entries. We went in the morning for 10.15am session. It's so much fun and quite safe as there are many staffs at the river in different places. There is a photographer taking photos. You can see those photos at the end of the rafting. You can buy selected photos for 5000vnd per photo and sent via email.

It was a very exciting experience. Hoa Phu Thanh Waterfall was located in the forest, 40 minutes by car from Da Nang city. In addition to rafting, the facility also offers zip lines, pools, and archery. Rafting was a very interesting experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy being active in nature with negative ions. The shuttle arrived on time at the pick-up location.

I booked the full package, including the round-trip shuttle, and almost died when I went with my foreign female friend. First, ziplining is not possible if you weigh over 90kg. I weigh 94kg, so I couldn't do it and just wasted the ticket money. Klook provides no information about this. There's a notice at the site. Rafting is really fun but dangerous. Our boat flipped twice. The current is very strong. The first time, we were rescued by a safety guide, but the second time it flipped, I managed to get back on by myself and pulled my friend up. My friend and I were in a state of shock and disoriented for a while. Even though we wanted to stop halfway, we had to go all the way to the end. I lost my sunglasses, and my friend was injured and received emergency treatment. Fortunately, it's covered by insurance. One tip for rafting: it's safer for heavier people to be at the back when going down rapids. If a heavier person is at the front, the lighter person at the back might get thrown off. However, be careful as the direction constantly changes with the current. Always use a strap for sunglasses or goggles; otherwise, you'll 100% lose them. It's a really fun tour, but there are dangerous aspects. Safety management was truly terrible. It would be really fun if you don't get hurt.

it was super fun and the staff made sure everyone was safe. they took photos for us at certain spots and it was pretty cheap - 50k per photo. I also got the package with the zip line and tbh zip line wasn’t worth it (I’ve been to better ones in Vancouver). river rafting was good though, go bare feet if you have close toed shoes. there’s a place to wash yourself off after!
