Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
- Partial refund rules: In the event of unforeseen force majeure, a partial refund may be requested. Irrecoverable booking costs already incurred will be deducted, and the refund will be calculated based on the proportion of unused itinerary. Applications require official supporting documentation, and funds will be returned to the original payment method after approval. Temporary cancellations due to personal reasons are not eligible for this partial refund policy.
- Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
