What to expect
Ameshin Candy Art Asakusa is a specialty shop dedicated to traditional candy craftsmanship, located near Senso-ji Temple. Visitors can join hands-on workshops where heated sugar is shaped into delicate forms using hands and scissors. Skilled artisans provide guidance in a festive Japanese-style setting.
Beginner Course: Rabbit Create a rabbit-shaped candy by first watching an instructional video (with English subtitles). You will practice twice before making your final piece while observing a craftsman’s demonstration. After shaping, finish your work by painting details with edible coloring. Your creation is edible and can also be taken home. Packaging and a carry bag are included, with an optional gift box available for an additional 300 yen.
