• Go on your own: 09:00 ferry: Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before departure to exchange your ticket and board (before 08:45); 11:00 ferry: Please arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before departure to exchange your ticket and board (before 10:45).
• Proceed to the pier address: Reef Fleet Terminal, Spence St 1, Cairns QLD 4870 (The ticket exchange location is a two-story white building, immediately behind an apartment complex. The first floor of the building houses all the ferry ticket offices.)
• This product is affected by weather and air traffic control. It may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the same day. This is an irresistible force. In such cases, we will reschedule for you free of charge or provide a full refund, but no compensation will be given.
• After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your inbox promptly, and also your spam folder. The confirmation in the email serves only as your proof of participation for that day. Please gather at the designated location with your electronic confirmation.

• If the order is canceled from 14:00 three days before the participation time after confirmation, a 100% handling fee will be charged.
