What to expect
Eme.Amore is a small-group sweets class located just a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station, specializing in traditional Japanese flower art using sweet bean paste. We use traditional red bean paste and glutinous rice, enhanced with naturally colored powders made from fruits and vegetables to create vibrant, flower-shaped sweets — each one piped carefully by hand. You’ll experience the beauty of Japan’s four seasons through the art of wagashi making. Even beginners can feel at ease, as each participant receives attentive and personalized instruction. Lessons are also available in English, and English recipes are provided so you can recreate the sweets at home.
