Because it was a weekday and rainy, there weren't many customers. However, several young children were already running around the venue early in the morning, and their aunt was speaking loudly to them. Due to an obvious shortage of staff, no one intervened to politely ask them to quiet down, which made it impossible to fully relax. We ended up leaving early to avoid the situation. Another poorly managed aspect was that the carnival unilaterally canceled the late-night buffet starting in early May, replacing it with 24-hour à la carte service. This did not align with the services included in my Klook group purchase, so I cannot give a 5-star rating.

Was easy to access about 3 or 4 stops from Lo Wu port. Was very quiet when I arrived at 5pm but slowly got busier as time went on. Had a book nook and 24 hour restaurant. Definitely worth checking out for a relaxing 24 hours.

Facilities: New environment, leisure space. On weekends, there are more people, so service can be busier. What's really worth looking forward to is if the late-night snack service started a bit earlier.

This shop is located directly across from Exit E of Shenzhen Grand Theater Station. The decor is very new, and the place is very clean. Both the lobby and the massage rooms are very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time.

Atmosphere: It's busier during holiday times, but overall the place is spacious and new. Facilities: Entertainment facilities include a recreation area and a smoking area.
