The decor is very new and the place is very clean. The service staff are very friendly. Although the location isn't in the city center, you can take a taxi there. Afterwards, if you show proof of the taxi fare, you'll receive a rebate of $30 per person to spend on-site. You can use it for food. For 3 people in one taxi, it only cost $25, but we received $90 in total, which we could use for breakfast – excellent! The food in the restaurant is also not bad. Overnight stays are available in the relaxation lounge or the "wormhole," which is quite nice. There's also a fairly large heated indoor swimming pool, VR and video games, and a PS5. The massage service environment is also good. The only thing I wasn't too happy with was that the pictures showed Haagen Dazs ice cream, but when we got there, the free ice cream was domestic. Haagen Dazs cost extra. Also, the advertised chocolate fountain wasn't available, and the variety of fruit was relatively limited. The watermelon refills took a long time. However, there were many types of drinks, as well as hand-squeezed lemon tea, coffee, and milk tea. When leaving, there's also a shuttle bus to the subway station. Overall, the service staff are very friendly and polite. We had a pleasant weekend vacation.

If you did not book their hotel rooms, you will have to find a place to sleep, first come first serve. Both Lo Wu Port / Lok Ma Chau Port offer free shuttle buses, the journey takes about 20 minutes, which is quite convenient, and there are also free buses to and from Yin Wu (Silver Lake) subway station.

Great value! We had 8 adults and 1 child, and ordered two 3-person sets, which was plenty of food. However, it would have been better if the seating arrangements were managed more efficiently. We arrived at 6:30 PM and didn't get to eat until 9:00 PM. So, it's best to go at 6:00 PM to secure a table, otherwise, you'll have to wait over 2 hours for a tent spot.

Excellent spa, large space, lots of entertainment, fresh fruit and a variety of drinks available. Luxurious and comfortable rooms, great value for money. Very suitable for holidays and relaxation.

Although the location is a bit far, the on-site decor is European-style, the masseuses are skilled, and the food is delicious. The only drawback is the limited number of recreational facilities, with many electronic games still under repair. It's not as enjoyable when there are a lot of people. Suggestion: The pool facilities seem a bit excessive; converting them into a large electronic game arcade would be more popular.

a little bit far away from the town center and located in the resort area. the facility is not the latest but all stuffs are nice. not so busy even on Sunday, a good place to relax and they offer a shuttle to the nearest metro station also. simple and easy
