Cooking Class Experience at Senja Bar & Resto Ubud

If you're overthinking the decision to book this, this is your sign. This might just be the best cooking class in the heart of Ubud. You get to have a private cooking class for two with a private chef. We basically had this place all to ourselves and afterwards we enjoyed a four course meal in a very lovely setting and environment.

BOOK THIS!!! I'm 100% happy with the cooking experience, me and friend had a great time at Goya Boutique Resort. I would recommend this activity to anyone who wants a unique time rather than the tourist spot that everyone goes to, instead this class is hosted in a beautiful Resort in Ubud, you have a breath taking view while eating your own cooking! The class won't to complicated and our chief is very friendly, he showed us every step and let us involve, it is not a professional cooking class that really give you that professional cooking techniques, but it is a relaxing experience then you get to sit down to enjoy the view and food. Me and friend loved this, definitely a highlight of the day, we even get a completion certificate with our names to keep!!

Our chef Supadma was amazing and the food we cooked was more than enough for 2 people. He would guide us in the steps to make the dish without leaving too little for us to do ourselves. The location is also stunning and the mocktails are very good — highly recommended experience!

We had an awesome time and experience learning how to cook authentic Balinese food! The Chef was very patient and guided us from the preparation till the cooking. There was also another IT guy from the resort (Mr Made) who helped us took photos and video of the entire process. He was also very entertaining and we had a good time exchanging our own culture. After we were done with cooking, we got to enjoy our lunch at a gazebo specially reserved by the resort. Lastly, we even received a cooking certificate and recipe of the food dishes that we made which was really an unexpected surprise. Would definitely recommend this cooking class program! :)

the chef is professional and the dishes we cooked are very Balinese story. esp afterward we can eat our lunch with a fantastic rice terrence view. so chill and so relaxing.

interesting experience. the chef had had all ingredients prepared before we arrived and was patient in teaching us. btw the environment is also pleasant. the final dishes we made are delicious.

Love this cooking class!! Even though we were late for over an hour, but the staff and chef were so understanding and friendly!! They even reserve a outdoor dining table for us to have our meal after the cooking class!

It was a very entertaining class. we cooked 4 courses including 3 dishes and a dessert. The food was a lot and really great! Our host and instructor Chef really made the experience fun, hassle free, and exciting! Had a great time and would highly recommend this activity for anyone who would like to learn more about Balinese cuisines!

Hospitability from the hotel is wonderful and staffs are so amazingly nice. Chef is very professional and making the cooking class fun and easy to follow. The food are scrumptious and really yummy and we have it at the gazebo with a nice setting and amazing view. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The manager was very conversational and humorous, and the ladies providing service were friendly and professional 🥰 The delicious and beautifully presented food portions were generous, and we were able to take leftovers home! Location: Under the eaves next to the infinity pool, the comfort level was excellent. We also enjoyed a beautiful distant view of the natural landscape.
