Chiang Mai Half-Day Temples & Hidden Gems Small Group Tour

I've been to multiple tours, but this was a tour where I learned the most, especially about Thai temples, culture, religion and history, too. Khun Matt gave us such an enriching tour. Even my niece and nephews told me they liked the tour and learned a lot from it. It was such a nice chill pace of walking around Chiang Mai. Thank you very much, Khun Matt. 🙏🏼

Honestly, if I could give this tour 6 stars, I would! Our tour guide was Natt, and we were really lucky to have him. He’s funny, very knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that is easy to follow and understand. Throughout the tour, he guided us really well and we learned so much more about Chiang Mai’s history, Buddhism, and local culture than we expected. We also kept asking him all sorts of random questions that weren’t even part of the tour, but he never made us feel like we were bothering him. He went out of his way to help us and was incredibly generous with his recommendations. You can tell he genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge and helping visitors have a better experience in Chiang Mai. We left the tour feeling very happy and satisfied, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. This tour definitely deserves more attention and recognition. Highly recommended!!!

Our guide was waiting for us at the meeting point well in advance. They were warm, intelligent, and kind. The guide had extensive knowledge of Chiang Mai's history and was excellent at introducing us to the history of Chiang Mai and its temples. They took us to several temples, explaining them from various perspectives, including city history, religious history, culture and customs, architectural styles, and decorative patterns. They also incorporated historical and cultural references relevant to the visitors' home countries, making the explanations engaging and humorous, never stiff, which left a deep impression. They even bought us water along the way. Thank you, guide, for providing us with such an enjoyable and meaningful time!

The tour guide was excellent and very polite. They patiently translated and explained anything we didn't understand in Chinese, and also incorporated Chinese history into their explanations. The overall itinerary was very relaxed, and the weather during this time of year wasn't too hot, making it quite comfortable. I highly recommend everyone give it a try!

I joined a two‑hour tour today exploring Chiang Mai’s temples, history, and Buddhism, and it was such a great experience. Our guide, Mr. Natt, was amazing, super polite, friendly, and really clear in his explanations. He knows so much about Chiang Mai’s history and Buddhist culture. We learned about Buddhist concepts, local traditions, and even the meaning behind the temple architecture. It wasn’t just informative, it felt engaging and fun.

The itinerary was very smooth, and the guide provided extremely detailed explanations, introducing us to the cultural and religious history of Chiang Mai with accompanying images. The presentation was easy to understand, engaging, and humorous.
