Booking changes policy

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

Eligibility

• Children with a height of 120cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children above 80 cm and below 119 cm need to purchase a child fare. The child fare only includes transportation and guide service fees.
