West Gate of Wuzhen Zhejiang

There were plenty of local snacks, traditional shops, and cultural experiences to enjoy, making every corner worth exploring.

ease of booking on Klook: Booking at Klook platform was a great decision to explore the west scenic park. As we booked 6 tickets online with klook. Our hotel is 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants and costume makeup shops surrounded outside the areas. We enjoyed the activities taking pictures. 3pm is the best time to enter the park.

The scenery is beautiful, and it's a great place for a walk and to enjoy the breeze. I do wish the ticket prices were a bit lower. The prices for goods from vendors inside the scenic area aren't overly expensive, which is nice.

The entire park is large and divided into East Gate and West Gate. This time, we only visited West Gate, and we were able to spend a long time exploring it. You can also take a boat, which is very pleasant. The other area also has accommodations and provides a shuttle service, which is very thoughtful.

Despite I get the 10:00-12:00 ticket but managed to enter at 12:15pm. For kids below 120cm is free of charge no ticket needed. If you intend to visit East Gate as well, promo ticket is available at the counter for RMB190 on both West and East which is RMB70 discount per adult. In park shuttle ride is available for RMB10 per ride if you are not staying in the park. For long distance bus to Shanghai/Suzhou/Hangzhou, ticket kiosk is at the opposite of tourist center.

The west area is very large. If you plan to visit both East Town and West Town, it's best to buy the combo ticket at the counter there. They sell a combo ticket for both locations for only 190 yuan.

We enjoyed the visit to Wuzhen but there were too many people as we went during Dragon Boat Festival.
