Hangzhou to Wuzhen Round-Trip Private Charter

The car’s condition was quite bad. the seatbelt at the back passenger seat was not working. the driver was friendly though. there was a surcharge of 170yuan because the mileage exceeded 100 km (it was stated in the description that there will be surcharge when either exceed 100km or 8hr) . the funny thing is from Hangzhou to Wuzhen would definitely exceed 100km in the first place. :(

Booked 2 cars to 乌镇. Drivers are hospitable and punctual. However, do note that the package does not cover the full mileage for the round-trip to 乌镇 (~191km). We had to pay extra on top of the price paid to Klook.

Actually, the vehicles are very new and clean, and the driver's driving is very stable and punctual. However, this time we only went to Wuzhen West Scenic Zone, but because we had two groups of people staying in different hotels and needed to pick up and drop off at two hotels, it resulted in overtime and mileage charges. But we didn't really know how the driver calculated it, and as a result, we had to pay an extra 260 RMB. This may be our problem, as we didn't see too many terms and conditions. Actually, if you're only going to Wuzhen West Scenic Zone, you can just take a taxi, no need to charter a car. A round trip taxi ride would only cost a little over 400 RMB, and there's no need for the driver to pick you up in between, so there's no need to charter a car for 1,000 RMB. Now it costs almost 1,400 RMB, which is really low cost-effective. However, I will still order other travel products on Klook, because I have more confidence in the platform, it's just that we didn't study it carefully this time.

We have went to Xitang and Xi Zha. Personally feel that Xitang is just commercialised small place not worth the visit. Wanna to go xi zha and Dong zha, but driver drove us to Wu Chun and told us we can go to Dong and xi zha via Wu Chun . Wu Chun is friendly Ming Shu for local stay. by entering Wu Chun to Xi zha requirrs additional tix purchased, and it’s not link to Dong Zha. recommended to go straight to Dong Zha and Xi Zha will do in 1 day. dun waste $ and time. btw additional route requires to pay additional cost per KM. Enjoy
