• Photography is permitted in Ruakuri Cave, so bring your camera to click the best shots
• No backpacks or large bags allowed in cave due to delicate formations
• Please do not touch the formation in the cave as it discoloured easily, please help us protect our cave

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability

• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
