Cancellation policy

• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 3 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund
