Reviews
We were a family of 6 and had the privilege of having Jeff as our guide for the day. He was patient and knowledgeable about the places we went to. He did not rush us but gave us plenty of time to look around. I have to say that we didn't expect to walk so much though. So wear comfortable shoes and be prepared. We went on a day that was hot and humid with some drizzle parts of the day. However, we did have opportunities for nice photos. I especially like the bamboo forest which was very serene and peaceful. Whilst the trip to Enoshima island was a tiring walk, once we were at the observatory, the scenery was well worth it. Would recommend the trip but make sure you are pretty fit!
Jeff was an amazing guide to have for our first time in kamakura! Not only was he very knowledgeable and had really interesting facts about the areas we visited on the itinerary, but even general questions we had about Japan as he was our first guided tour! He was super helpful and fun! Would definitely recommend him and request him on other tours the next time we visit!
