I don't remember the driver's name, but he was Chinese. The staff member was excellent, providing great advice, helping with luggage, and being very kind and handsome. He even stood in the rain to get umbrellas for us. I noticed he was coughing on the second day, likely from being in the rain the day before. He could recommend tourist attractions and drove very smoothly. 10/10 score. Thai people can definitely use this service!

We were extremely satisfied with our two-day chartered car tour of Mount Fuji! Our driver, Mr. Li, was punctual and friendly, the itinerary was smooth, and he thoughtfully pointed out scenic spots and photo locations. On the first day, when we were about to leave, the city hotel didn't allow us to store our extra suitcases. Mr. Li immediately asked his colleagues about nearby luggage storage locations and helped us communicate with the hotel. Eventually, we found a locker next to the hotel to store our luggage, which was a huge relief! On the second day, my family forgot to return the hotel keys, and Mr. Li kindly delivered them back the next day. We are extremely grateful! The entire trip was relaxing and worry-free, and we didn't have to pay any extra fees. We will definitely charter a car when we travel abroad in the future, as it saves a lot of time on trains and walking, allowing us to visit more places and create wonderful memories. For larger groups, hiring a private car is pretty good. The entire itinerary is customized, so you can go wherever you want. You can even add an extra activity and go to the more distant Hakone, which is like visiting another place. The quality of the trip is much better, without having to follow a group, wait in line, or waste time waiting for people to use the restroom (the next day we joined a local tour and the group members were an hour late!). The whole trip was smooth and perfectly completed, leaving many beautiful memories. The driver was super nice. Fuji Safari Park is in a very remote location, and we were rushed to get there, but the driver helped us translate with the guide, allowing us to enter the zoo smoothly. The car was a good car and very comfortable.
