Paradise Delight Day Cruise: Ha Long Bay, Sung Sot, Ti Top

Halong Bay has improved since my visit 10 years ago. I spent a lot of time deciding which cruise to choose and finally picked the Paradise Delight Day Cruise! My criteria were a large cruise ship and a good lunch. I found two options that met both conditions and chose the Paradise Delight Day Cruise because it was more affordable. I arrived at the cruise from Hanoi at 9 AM. While waiting at the port, a guide from the cruise found me and escorted me to the ship. I was very impressed with the spacious, clean, and cool large cruise ship. Immediately after boarding, a simple breakfast was served. Lunch buffet was at 12:30 PM. At 4 PM, we enjoyed fruit and cool tea while heading back to the port. The entire itinerary followed the Klook schedule exactly, so I recommend referring to the Klook itinerary. The best part was the excellent communication via KakaoTalk; I received a lot of help with questions and schedule changes. A big thank you to Rachel for her kind responses! The cruise crew members were also very friendly and wonderful. It was a delightful trip! :)

Thank you so much.Very nice experience.I suggest providing some halal meals for Muslims, such as Indian chicken biryani, as well as chicken masala and rice, within the cruise experience, as a way to encourage and attract more Muslim visitors to experience the trip and enjoy the services provided, while taking into account the quality and variety of the food.

I participated in a plan that included a transfer from the hotel. As soon as we arrived at the port, we disembarked. I couldn't understand what the driver was saying because he spoke so fast. I wanted to check in but didn't know where to go, which was frustrating. However, I used a translation device to ask people around me and successfully found my way. The crew on board, despite being busy, were sincere and attentive, which I appreciated. There were three meals, but the menu didn't change much. There was a live performance during dinner, but it was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy conversation. I wondered if live piano music alone would have been better, but I suppose cultural differences and preferences play a role. I was very grateful to the cruise ship cabin attendants for their thoughtfulness and converted my Japanese yen into tips for them.

Booking with Klook was convenient and offered great prices. They actively contacted the boat company to arrange our return shuttle bus to Hanoi. The Paradise Delight boat was luxurious, and the lunch was exquisite, though it was a shame the tour guide didn't provide any commentary.
