• Due to service limitations, we are unable to accommodate guests with the following conditions: (1) Patients with infectious diseases, such as infectious hepatitis, active pulmonary tuberculosis, typhoid fever, and other infectious diseases; (2) Patients with cardiovascular diseases, such as severe hypertension, heart failure, myocardial hypoxia, myocardial infarction, and other conditions; (3) Patients with cerebrovascular diseases, such as cerebral embolism, cerebral hemorrhage, brain tumors, and other conditions; (4) Patients with respiratory diseases, such as emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, and other conditions; (5) Patients with mental illnesses, such as epilepsy and various mental disorders; (6) Patients with severe anemia, such as those with hemoglobin levels below 50 g/L; (7) Patients in the recovery period after major or moderate surgery; (8) Pregnant women and individuals with limited mobility.
• The staff will confirm your departure time with you one day in advance (approximately 18:00-21:00). Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a shared transfer service, there may be some waiting time, so please understand! The meeting point may be adjusted, and during holidays, the pick-up time may be earlier to avoid congestion.
• Cultural and creative stores, souvenir shops, and small convenience stores may be available within the scenic area, at the scenic area exit, and at rest stops and restaurants along the way. Please make your choices voluntarily and purchase with caution. When purchasing goods, you should request purchase invoices and relevant certificates, and keep them properly. If you shop in these places, it is entirely a personal act and has nothing to do with the travel agency.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, please bear the additional costs incurred.
• The sightseeing times, as well as the meeting and dismissal times during the itinerary, are for reference only and may be adjusted based on the traffic/crowd conditions on the day. Please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred due to this will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• This itinerary requires a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, and please be mindful of safety during the trip.
• This is a group tour. There are no discounted or free tickets for group purchases, and no refunds will be issued if tourists withdraw from the tour midway due to personal reasons, abandon the tour, or if the scenic area cannot be visited due to irresistible factors (such as rising water, road closures, etc.).
• In case of holidays or unexpected traffic jams, the end time of the itinerary may be delayed. As the itinerary ends late on the same day, it is recommended that you do not book trains or flights for the same day, so as not to delay your travel plans.

Cancellation policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 2-3 days prior to the selected departure date.
• If canceled between 1 and 0 days before the selected date, 70% of the order amount will be deducted.
• If the actual loss exceeds the rule, it will be deducted according to the actual loss of the merchant (not exceeding the total order amount).
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity
• Children aged 3-18 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• For high-altitude regions, we recommend participants be at least 6 years old (children who are too young may not be able to clearly express their level of physical comfort).
• Individuals aged 65 or older must be accompanied by a family member under 60 and sign the "Health Agreement".
