[Near Mao Lin Jin Bay] MyHotel (Zhuhai Jinwan Huafa Mall Branch) Accommodation Package

Our family went to the Jinwan Maolin Hotel, but a two-day, one-night trip was too rushed, so we added an extra night at MyHotel. Great value! It's not far from the Maolin Hotel; just walk through the shopping mall and cross the road. The hotel room was spacious. The breakfast was normal, enough to eat. The only complaint is about the shower area, which is quite inconvenient. Even though we are a family, there are no hooks in the shower, so you have to open the door to get dressed after showering, which is a bit awkward. But the location is convenient, right across from the shopping mall. After checking out, we went to the library to walk around.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel 👍🏻. It's clean and quite new! There are charging ports in the room, so you don't need to bring an adapter. The toilet and bathroom are separate, but there's no lock on the door. The breakfast is average, you can eat it or skip it. The hotel has charging stations for electric vehicles. If you're driving an EV from Hong Kong to the mainland, you'll need to bring your own adapter or find a European standard charging station in advance using AutoNavi Maps (Gaode Map). The hotel is very close to the Jinwan Maolin Children's Playground, and there's a shopping mall behind the hotel.

The hotel is very new and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The front desk arrangements were chaotic. We booked two rooms and were initially assigned to low-floor rooms on the second floor. The facilities were poor, and the main door lock was broken. After multiple requests, we were upgraded to the sixth floor. In both rooms, the secondary security lock behind the door was still faulty, and the TV couldn't receive a signal. It took several repairs (1.5 hours) to resolve these issues. We requested a 'late checkout' from the front desk, but when we returned to our room at 11:35 AM, we couldn't get in. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we learned that the system had locked the door because our late checkout had not been arranged. After the front desk (a lady in a white shirt) unlocked it, we reiterated that we had requested a late checkout and would leave by approximately 1:00 PM. Unexpectedly, at 12:30 PM, the front desk called the room, urging us to leave. Ultimately, we had no choice but to check out at the front desk at 12:45 PM and inquire why. The lady in the white shirt at the front desk again said she had forgotten to arrange it. The front desk management at this hotel is simply 'absurd, chaotic, and disregards guest requests.' We checked out in anger and confronted them about their incompetence. 😖😤
