The place is OK, new and clean. Came on a weekday, not crowded, very satisfying to play. Very suitable for intermediate and beginner skiers/snowboarders. The location is near Huafa Mall, so after playing, eating, and drinking, it's super quick to return to Hong Kong, awesome!

If you go on a weekday, there will be fewer people. There are free lessons available for both twin-tip and single-board. The slopes are sufficient, it's a lot of fun, and I would consider coming again.

First time doing indoor skiing, went on a Sunday. it was really enjoyable, you can rent everything you need there (helmet, ski jacket, ski pants, boots) except gloves and you can also get a coach on the spot. Place is clean, and new. not too crowded when we went.

I visited the Zhuhai Snow Haven on October 29. My epxerience there was a pleasant one indeed. The rented eqipments are new and clean. Staff are helpful and freindly. Alhthough the ski center does not have the height and length compared to other ski center in the region, but I like the skiing experience there because the snow is fresh and soft. And more importantly, it is so easy to book via Klook at the touch of a button. Very enjoyable day spent there.

The venue is smaller than expected, but it's very suitable for beginners. We hired a coach for 2 hours and bought a 4-hour ticket (with the remaining 2 hours for free skiing), which was a bit insufficient. The snow play area doesn't have much to offer. It's still suitable for kids to burn off energy, but it's not as fun for older children, so next time we might just buy an unlimited-time ski pass. You can find coaches on-site; there are many coaches at the gate entrance. Coach number 27 taught very well and was very gentle. I went on a Friday, and it wasn't crowded, but it started to get crowded around 3-4 pm. Price: $342/person/4h; $7XX/coach 1vs1

Wonderful job creating a snowy environment. The location may be far for some. There's a kiosk with drinks and snacks. The gear is avaliable but some friends would like to bring their own. Once you choose skiing or snowboarding - you need to stick to it. Ski and snowboarding coaches are avaliable. Book in advance. The place does not seem to have a head count limit, snowboarders from the top may crash into kids or junior skiers/ snowboarders sharing the same slope in the middle. The snow looks watery but the freeze is real. You need gloves for sure. There are digital lockers. Btw, you can't leave or else you need to buy another ticket.

It's very convenient to call a car from the port to go there. It's not too big inside, so it's very suitable for beginners to practice. I suggest finding a coach to teach you the first time, and then slowly practice in the following time.
