"Park Admission Notice"

Chimelong Spaceship is an entirely indoor venue, operating on a "one-way" visiting model. To ensure every guest has a comfortable, safe, and pleasant park experience, please follow the directional signs, obey the instructions of on-site staff, and strictly adhere to the following "Visiting Guidelines" during your visit. If you have any questions, please contact the staff!

Security Check Process: To ensure public safety, guests entering Chimelong Spaceship must undergo a security check. Please proactively open your personal belongings to cooperate with the security check. For safety reasons, we may refuse guests from bringing certain items into the park.

Other Cooperation Matters:

1. Please carefully read the safety rules for each attraction and facility, and assess whether your age, height, mental state, physical fitness, health condition, and weight, as well as those of your companions, are suitable for the experience.
2. If you purchase park packages, hotel room packages, annual passes, and other experience products, you will need to provide necessary information such as fingerprints, portraits, ID numbers, and contact details (for details, please refer to the "Chimelong Resort Fingerprint/Portrait Recognition Technology Usage Notice").
3. Please look after and supervise accompanying children and the elderly. Do not let accompanying children out of the guardian's sight. Parent-child safety ropes are not allowed in the park. Visitors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to enter the park.
4. To ensure the safety of the park's animals, visitors are not allowed to bring in any food or drinks other than baby food and a reasonable amount of personal drinking water.

Company Rights:

1. The park operates on a one-person, one-ticket system. Once sold, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable (except as permitted by laws and regulations); they are valid only for admission within their validity period and do not apply to special programs requiring additional fees. Expired tickets are void.
2. Due to considerations such as adverse weather, park capacity, health and safety needs, or other necessary reasons, the park may temporarily change the opening hours of attractions or temporarily close any part of the area, suspend or cancel theater performances and shows without prior notice. These are considered force majeure events, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
3. Please take care of your personal belongings. The park will not be responsible for any damage or loss of property.
4. Some attractions in the park have dim lighting, enclosed environments, and realistic VR simulation experiences. Individuals with claustrophobia, a history of heart disease, abnormal blood pressure, or other similar conditions are advised not to participate. The individual concerned shall bear all consequences arising from concealing the truth.
5. The park may arrange for filming, photography, or recording. Guests entering the park are deemed to agree to the use of their portraits, voices, and images for company business, administrative, and operational purposes, or other legitimate purposes.
6. The park reserves the right to refuse entry to, or require immediate departure from, the park without any refund or compensation, any person who violates the park's rules and safety regulations or engages in dangerous, illegal, or rude behavior, or when necessary to ensure public safety, security, or order, or in other special circumstances as deemed necessary by the park.
