- Important note:
- Annual pass holders who have activated their pass online must present their valid ID for identity verification at the ticket gate upon their first entry. If the pass holder meets the applicable conditions for the annual pass and the information matches, they may enter. If the conditions are not met or the information does not match, a supplementary payment or a refund/change will be required.
- The activated annual card is registered under a real name and is only applicable to the cardholder registered at the time of activation. It cannot be changed or transferred. If the annual card is lost before activation, it will not be reported as lost or reissued.
- Chimelong Annual Pass holders are not permitted to engage in ticket scalping, hawking goods, illegally bringing others into the park, or any other illegal/non-compliant activities within Chimelong theme parks. Otherwise, the applicable park has the right to refuse entry and the right to terminate the use of the Chimelong Annual Pass based on any single illegal/non-compliant act by the pass holder, without refund. The pass holder shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
- This product is available in limited quantities, while supplies last. We may suspend/discontinue related products based on the operational management needs of the park.
- Chimelong annual cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold (except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations).

How to redeem
- Standard Card: Applicable to: All tourists
- Annual card activation validity period: Valid within 30 days from the date of purchase (including 30 days). If not activated online or the electronic annual card number is not obtained offline within this period, it will be considered automatically forfeited, non-refundable, non-changeable, and void after expiration.
- Annual Pass Validity: Calculated by calendar month, valid from the date of online activation or offline collection of the electronic annual pass number (whichever comes first) until the last day of the corresponding month in the following year. For example: If a guest purchases a Chimelong Annual Pass online on November 10, 2025, and activates it online or collects the electronic annual pass number at the ticket office of the affiliated theme park on November 15, 2025, its validity period will be from November 15, 2025, to November 30, 2026.
- Annual pass holders can reserve park entry dates: "Reservable park entry days" within the validity period of a weekday pass shall accumulate to no less than approximately 280 days. Reservable park entry days may not include some statutory holidays and their adjusted days off, some winter vacation dates, most summer vacation dates, Halloween Eve and Halloween Day (October 31 - November 1), New Year's Eve (December 31), special themed event days, and crowd control days, etc. The park will announce non-reservable dates in advance through official channels. Please refer to the latest "Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar" published on the official Chimelong APP/mini-program for details. Cardholders can only enter the park on successfully reserved dates. In addition, to ensure public safety, the park will implement temporary closures or reservation control measures during extreme weather, severe weather, or when the capacity limit is reached, and we will not be able to guarantee entry for annual pass holders.
Card Collection and Activation
- You can choose any of the following methods to activate your annual pass:
- (Recommended) Online activation: After purchasing an annual pass, if you agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, activate the annual pass online through the Chimelong official APP/mini-program (requires binding your ID number + taking a photo to record facial information). Afterwards, you can conveniently enter the park via the facial recognition channel.
- Offline activation of electronic annual pass number: After purchasing the annual pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park where the annual pass was purchased (you can choose one of the two theme parks), present the voucher code information and mobile phone number obtained when purchasing the annual pass to receive the electronic annual pass number information, then go to the visitor service center to activate the annual pass (you need to provide your ID card + photo for activation and archiving), and simultaneously record facial information (if agreed), after which you can conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel.
- If you do not agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, you must activate the annual pass by collecting the electronic annual pass offline as described in point 2 above (without entering facial information). Furthermore, before each entry, you must present your valid identification document to the visitor service center for manual verification. After successful verification, an entry voucher will be issued. Then, you can enter the park by verifying with your valid identification document, electronic annual pass, and entry voucher combined.
- Special attention: 1. This annual pass is an electronic annual pass, no physical card is provided; 2. The annual pass is a special ticket type and cannot be converted online into an electronic QR code ticket or picked up at a self-service ticket machine.
Appointment Instructions
- In accordance with relevant laws and industry practices, and to create a comfortable and safe park environment, Chimelong Annual Pass implements an "appointment-based entry" system. Pass holders must make an entry reservation in advance through the "Annual Pass Reservation" section of the "Chimelong Online Reservation Platform" on the Chimelong Travel APP/mini-program before each entry. Annual Pass users can view the reservation calendar for the next 60 days, including the current day, within the Chimelong APP/mini-program. Reservations can be made on "available reservation days." Entry is permitted only after a successful reservation. The number of available entry slots per day is limited and will be granted until full.
- If special themed events are held within the park (such as Chimelong Paradise's Halloween theme event, New Year's Eve countdown events on December 31st in various parks, anniversary celebrations, etc.), or if the park implements crowd control measures due to excessive visitor flow and for public safety considerations, then during this period, the park may reduce or cancel the number of pre-bookable entry slots for annual pass holders.

Highly recommended! It's worth the ticket price, even though it's a bit high, because they've invested so much in the location and the shows. The highlight here is the whale shark, a massive blue polka-dotted creature that's not easy to see elsewhere, as well as many other animals. The rapids ride and the roller coaster are well done, and the dolphin and sea lion shows are entertaining. I was especially impressed by the parades, both during the day and at night, which were well-produced and a lot of fun. The main highlight is the closing show with a full-blown fireworks display, lights, sound, and drones flying in various formations, plus a water fountain dance set to music. It's a must-see! And you should reserve a spot in the center at least an hour before the show starts.

The marine animal shows at Zhuhai Chimelong Ocean Kingdom are all incredibly spectacular and entertaining. Not only are the stage setups excellent, but the performers are also highly professional, and there are interactive segments with the audience, ensuring there's never a dull moment. Additionally, the water show and the evening fireworks and drone performances are breathtaking, and the parade is another standout event. Even if you don't go on the rides, it's still well worth a visit.

Facilities: The facilities were more enjoyable than expected, especially the Parrot Coaster, which was very thrilling. Additionally, the Ocean Kingdom's conservation efforts and detailed explanations of various creatures were excellent, making it perfect for children to learn and play simultaneously.
Wait Times: Even though I visited on a Saturday, the maximum wait time was only 25 minutes.
Price: Souvenirs in the park are themed around the animals and are relatively inexpensive. Restaurant prices are reasonable, around HKD 100, while snacks are much cheaper.
Shows: Just seeing the healthy marine life and watching the shows up close made the ticket price worthwhile.
Klook Booking Convenience: The only drawback was your system. Upon entry, I had to log into the Chimelong official website via WeChat to gain access. I suggest that when purchasing tickets, customers be asked to enter their name and ID number, so they can simply scan their ID for entry.

Really enjoy the theme park. It is so huge and will easily take one whole day to go through all the activities. The ticket is so value for money that it includes all the attractions and performances within the park at no extra cost. Definitely a must go attractions if you are in Zhuhai. If you are going with young children, would recommend to stay at penguin or spaceship hotel.

Our visit to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The park is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-designed — perfect for families, couples, and anyone who loves marine life and theme parks. The aquarium exhibits were stunning, especially the whale shark, beluga and the dolphines shows. But pity my son could not play most of the rides. He was sad tho but we also understood the precaution steps taken by the theme park. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to guide us. There were plenty of food options, shaded areas, and rest spots, making the whole day comfortable even with a child.

It was so easy to get in, and we had so much fun there. I didn’t know there was so much to see and so much to do. Next time, we would come earlier and get to see the animals for longer as we didn’t see any of the shows.

It's definitely one of the must-see places to include in your Macau itinerary, absolutely on par with the Disney park next door!

Although the cost of the tickets is pricey, there are enough activities in the Ocean Kingdom to keep you occupied from 10am to 8pm. The animals' shows are interesting and I can sense that the sea animals are well loved by their trainers. The finale firework, UAV, etc show at the end of the day is not to be missed.
