It was my first time to experience a private chartered trip. The car seats 1 to 6 people. The interior of the car was clean and comfortable. The driver (Ken) was very nice and the restaurant he recommended was delicious. The speedboat tour of Lake Kawaguchi recommended by the driver was really better than the cable car experience. Mount Fuji was very beautiful. My family was very satisfied with this trip.

Happy to booked this service. Our driver was very accommodating and kind. a bit pricey because aside from the tental fee we shouldered the toll fees and paid overtime fee but still worth it thinking about the convenience and was able to visit around 5popular places in Mt. Fuji.

We were too cold to walk anymore, so we walked back to the bus. I used Google to ask the driver to drive us to Oshino Hakkai scenic spot. When the car got to the vicinity of the scenic shop, there were tourists walking on the road, so he said that cars could not enter. But I saw a sign indicating a parking lot, so he drove in and waited for us to explore. We relied on Google to lead us, and with the good weather, we were able to take pictures of the beautiful Mount Fuji. On the return trip, the driver drove quickly and did not step on the accelerator, so we returned earlier than scheduled and had plenty of time, so we also asked to stop at a rest stop. In summary, we chartered a car, but it seemed like we had to read his facial expressions. The driver took the wrong road, was not very familiar with the tourist attractions, and was not attentive. We did not feel that the driver was serving us, and he only wanted to finish work on time. Finally, when we were driving, the driver asked us to give him 10,000 yen for tolls. When we got off the car, he did not tell us how much the total toll was? Is the balance necessarily his tips? I originally hoped that the trip with a driver would be more comfortable than driving myself, but if I had to choose again, I would choose to drive myself.
