The museum is all about the cultural aspects of human being. It is not very big, so you will normally need to spend an hour for a visit.
Although the two art museums aren't close to each other, they are both worth visiting. However, the admission ticket does not include special exhibitions. Just seeing the permanent collections of both museums in one day is quite enough...
The package price is very cost-effective! If you buy a ticket on the spot, it’s only 20 mg per venue! The two museums take about half an hour by car, so they are not close, so you have to make time to visit! The average visiting time for one museum is about 2-3 hours ~ I personally think it is worth a visit👏👏
The Legion of Honour is definite worth to go! Briefly introducing ancient paintings from different countries
The de Young Museum is an architectural gem. Be sure to walk around the grounds and take a trip up to the ovservation deck for a view of Golden Gate Park and the surrounding city. Exhibits are well-curated.
I recently purchased a San Francisco de Young Museum & Palais d’honneur Museum combo ticket from Klook, and it was great! I was able to visit two museums in one day, which felt like great value for money! First of all, the artwork at the de Young Museum is truly stunning. I saw paintings, sculptures and photography from all over the world, each full of creativity and inspiration. The tour guides were also very friendly and professional, explaining the stories behind the artworks to me. Then, the Honors Museum showcases the rich history and culture of San Francisco. I saw ancient artworks, historical artifacts, and folk crafts, which really made me more fascinated by the city. Their temporary exhibitions are also wonderful and gave me a deeper understanding of the diverse culture of San Francisco. Overall, this trip was great! If you plan to visit San Francisco, be sure to consider purchasing this package. Not only do you save money, but you can also experience two museums at once, which is really convenient. Hurry up and check out Klook! #Travel#San Francisco#Museum#ArtExperience#Klook
Great experience, saw Monet's water lilies, saw Rodin's Thinker sculpture, the surrounding area is very close to the beach, the sunset is beautiful
I am satisfied to have had such an enjoyable and informative time. The space is ample, the staff are friendly, and I spent quite a bit of time there.
