Niseko Ski Resorts Lift Ticket & Door-to-door Gear Rental

The equipment crew was fantastic. really nice and very helpful. they dropped off the equipment at our lodge the night before our trip, and checked to confirm everything fit well. They even picked it up at our lodge when we were done with our trip. All the equipment was in great condition as well. We had a screw fall out of one of our bindings, but they met us at our location at the base of the mountain within 30min to replace it. It was a great experience, highly recommend!

The quality of the ski wear and equipment is very good. It's convenient that they deliver to the hotel, and they contact you in advance the day before. I had to allow something in WhatsApp to receive messages, and I saw it late at night and missed the meeting time, but they still delivered it early the next morning. For returns, you can just leave it at the hotel, and they will pick it up. Considering the prices in Niseko, it doesn't seem that expensive since they provide helmets and goggles. I only brought my ski gloves with me.

The ski equipments are of high quality, in excellent condition and the ski boots are comfortable and easy to put on. Good communication. Highly recommended.

Equipment: They delivered it to the hotel locker and it was nice to be able to communicate easily via KakaoTalk when needed.

I used it conveniently because I could easily get a lift ticket by simply scanning the barcode at the lift ticket issuance kiosk. It even came with my name written on it, so it felt like a souvenir. ㅎㅎ I think it would be good to check the time carefully and make a reservation.

Including the rental of ski equipment, it costs more than HK$1,000. The place is very large, and it is a ski resort suitable for ski experts. It is not recommended for novices to play here.

Very easy to use, just scan the QR code on the machine and the machine will automatically print the ticket without using a passport.

I paid a little cheaper than other places and received a voucher to enter Niseko. I entered the kiosk inside the Grand Hirafu lift ticket sales office and received it after entering the barcode. There were no other people and it only took a few seconds to receive it, so it was great. I used it well and returned safely.

The staff(Ethan Wang) is very bright and kind.
