Niseko Ski Resort - New Chitose Airport & Sapporo Shuttle Bus

Luggage Information

• You may bring ski equipment and 1 luggage per person
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please bring them in their own bags or cases. Please be aware that there is a possibility that your luggage may be damaged or broken during loading/unloading to/from the bus or in the trunk of the bus while it is in motion
• All luggage must be declared, regardless of size
• Please provide the size and number of items
• LL: 60–65 inches / 90L or larger
• L: 57–61 inches / 70–80L
• M: 52–55 inches / 40–69L
• S: Up to 45 inches / Up to 39L

Eligibility

• Children under the age of 3 can travel for free if they don't require a separate seat
• Children under two years old are not recommended to participate due to long travel time
• Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• This vehicle is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
• In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If it is not possible to adjust the time, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided at the passenger's expense.
• Please fasten a seatbelt while seated.
• Please take off your ski or snowboard boots on the bus.
• Please refrain from talking on the phone on the bus.
• Food and drinks are not allowed in the vehicle.
• Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.
• Please note that if scheduled facilities are closed, the bus may skip them or visit alternative facilities.
• Please take a seat anywhere you like but we might make a seat assignment when the bus is nearly full.
• The bus is not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. However, strollers and wheelchairs can be folded and stored in the trunk.
• We are also not responsible if we can’t drive you to the airport on time to catch your flight under inevitable circumstances.
• Depending on the road/weather conditions, a tour might be delayed or cancelled. Other transport options might be introduced but please note that you will be covering the extra fee.
• When we find out that it is hard to drive you to the airport on time, we might drop you off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport option. Please note that you will be covering the fee.
• If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
• When booking your bus time, please make sure to allow plenty of time for your Airplane-to-Bus or Bus-to-Airplane connection.
