Our tour guide, Jason, is the best guide in all the tours we tried around China. He is very knowledgeable and has shared many interesting facts and trivia about Shanghai. The food was only so so and the free Pearl and Tea tours were only ok. For me the Tea ceremony we saw in Beijing was so much better. The best part of this tour was the Old Shanghai town and the Yu Garden. The French Concessionaire and The Bund were pretty amazing but I think they'd even be more beautiful at night. I believe it is overpiced at 3.8k though.. anyway I'm giving this 3.5 stars simply because of the knowledgeable tour guide and him and the driver were both kind and nice people.
Jason was very friendly and accomodating. The day tour was enjoyable and places on the itinerary were covered. Just a pity that Yu Garden was closed when we went.
it is easy and hassle free trip. my tour guide Lily has been very thoughtful in leaving a small note at the hotel reception one day prior to the trip for ease of communication. this trip is good for those 1st time to Shanghai

We pretty much visited everything on the list except the Yu Garden which was disappointing. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke good English
Meet new friends in joined group. I joined the tour with people from Nepal, USA, and India. Lunch is ok for this price. Jason, our tour guide is a capable person.
Good guide, but the lunch was not so great and there was a long shopping stop.
