We were able to enter before the scheduled time, which was excellent. Although I thought it started at noon, some guests had already gone out to get food before 12 PM, and the staff didn't stop them. So, we were also able to start our meal early. Regarding the food, there was Western, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and Malay cuisine. The Peking duck among the Chinese dishes was very good. As for the beverage bar, besides sodas, there were staff members to prepare other drinks. They offered Chinese tea, coffee, and even hot chocolate. There was no limit on refills, which was a great plus. The staff were also very friendly; I'd like to give them a shout-out here. The only minor issue was the dragon fruit; I'm not sure if I was unlucky or if it wasn't in season, but it was a bit sour. The ginger milk pudding among the desserts was very sweet but also very bitter. I'm not sure where the bitterness came from. The other desserts were decent. For just over two hundred dollars, you can definitely eat until you're full. However, I hope they can add white rice, as some dishes would pair very well with it.

The foods are great even a lot of diners still the foods are refillable..I really love the steak so tender and juicy. And the sushi station I love it too...And the drinks 10/10 the coffee it's perfectly perfect for us coffee lover. Thank you to the staff name Loyd who made the coffee and chocolate drinks for us..And also to staff who helped me to brought our drinks all the way our table.His name Francis. Food Quality: There's a wide variety of food choices, and they're frequently replenished. The salads, sashimi, and seafood are all very fresh and delicious, and the Peking duck is excellent. This time, there was also a Xi'an-themed food selection. There's a water bar where you can get drinks anytime, with a wide variety of options. Besides various coffees, juices, and cocktails, there's also Hong Kong-style milk tea. The drink selection alone is better than other hotel buffets. The salad selection is also extensive, all kept in two large refrigerators, not exposed to the open air for long periods, so hygiene is very well maintained. The dessert selection is also very rich, with fresh Portuguese egg tarts, which are very large. The Tiramisu was also delicious, but unfortunately, it wasn't refilled; it only came out once, and after that, there wasn't any more for an encore. For ice cream, there are no ice cream cups or scoops, but there are three soft-serve flavors to choose from [Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee], which are not too sweet and are also very delicious. Price: Considering the variety of food, the price is very reasonable. Experience: Very good. For birthdays, the staff even sings a birthday song and presents a mini birthday cake, which is not small in size, very generous and heartwarming. Restaurant Environment: The sofa seats are a bit too soft and not very comfortable. The seating arrangement is a bit cramped, and the sense of space is slightly tight. Service: The service is very good. Employees are evenly distributed in different areas so that they can quickly serve customers. Refilling water and clearing plates are also very efficient. You can quickly find a staff member to help you at any time. Overall: The service, food selection, hygiene, and quality are all very good. It's even cheaper to book on Klook, definitely worth a try.

it was a great experience, very nice food with a lot of selections, friendly staff always ready for a guest short request (like a very short notice for my friend's birthday cake) will definitely come back and will bring more friends and family as well to enjoy and experience the food, the service.

It was a great experience. There was a wide variety of food, including Chinese, Western, Indian, and Japanese. The Peking duck was the most pleasant surprise. On Saturday, it wasn't too crowded, so we didn't have to spend much time waiting in line. Another pleasant surprise was the specialty drinks, like red bean milk tea and grass jelly milk tea. Unfortunately, the wait for these was quite long because there was only one beverage staff member. Even for a simple lemon tea, you had to wait in line. The dessert selection wasn't extensive, and the Portuguese egg tart was the best among them. The dining environment was comfortable. I would definitely come again.

If you’re looking for a lunch buffet, I recommend Urban Kitchen. There are so many food options, especially the wagyu fried rice. The Peking duck roll is worth the wait—even though there’s always a queue. There aren’t many dessert choices, but the egg tart was pretty good.

Many years ago, I stayed at the Macau Marriott Hotel with buffet breakfast and found the breakfast to be very rich. This time I went to JW Urban Kitchen for lunch buffet with my friends, and celebrated my birthday in advance (because there was a free birthday cake). The food on site was very rich, including salmon sashimi, shrimp, mussels, snails, roast beef, and grilled fried chicken. Indian and Portuguese food, as well as sliced duck, the skin is crispy and juicy, very juicy, which is rarely provided in hotels. The hotel staff will sing happy birthday to the birthday friend, making the atmosphere more happy and heart-warming👏👏👍

A wide variety of food 👍🏻👍🏻 I appreciate there are many cold dishes and cold salads 🥰🥰 Cold cucumber salad, fish skin, cloud ear fungus, sliced pork, Japanese cold noodles, sashimi, kimchi, Thai-style chicken feet. For hot dishes, I recommend the Peking duck, which is prepared on the spot by a chef, with each person queuing for 2 pieces at a time. There is hot soup - sea coconut and pork soup. There are also pizzas, meats, soup noodles, and steamed dim sum (barbecue pork buns are available early on, followed by dumplings, siu mai, and shrimp dumplings). In addition to self-service soft drinks, other drinks require queuing for staff to prepare, including coffee, juice, and Hong Kong-style milk tea. Desserts - there is an ice cream machine, pandan coconut milk jelly, flaky Portuguese egg tarts, and croissant waffles.

I visited twice in one month and I really like it. Cold food: oysters are very fresh/lobster is very chewy/crab legs are fresh and sweet (not too salty)/Argentinian red shrimp (sweet). Delicatessen: steak is delicious! The lamb chops were great (but during the second visit, turkey was changed to coincide with Thanksgiving) Dessert: Egg tart is delicious! Drinks: The frozen milk tea without ice is great 👍 (I usually drink sugar-free without asking to reduce the sugar, the overall taste is just right). There are not many choices of dishes, but every dish is above the standard! (Overall, the dessert taste and selection are slightly low, but I personally have a good tooth for sweets, so if I have the opportunity to go to Macau again, I will definitely arrange another meal, because meat and seafood are very good points)

This is my third visit, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Both the restaurant's ambiance and the food quality are outstanding, and the weekday lunch special for two is incredibly affordable.
