- Special clauses for teamLab SuperNature Macao (the “Exhibition”):
- Tickets are for single-use and cannot be used for re-entry
- Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents, guardians, and/or supervising adults are responsible for the behavior of their children and may be required to remove them from the Exhibition should they become a nuisance or disruptive to others
- Before entering the Exhibition, visitors must watch the presentation video in its entirety
- Smoking is prohibited
- Outside food and drinks, including candy and gum, are prohibited. Food and drinks may only be purchased and consumed within the designated areas
- Photography is permitted but flash is prohibited. No tripods, lights, selfie sticks, or other external equipment are permitted inside the Exhibition
- No high heels, flip-flops, sandals, or other unsafe footwear, nor any large bags are permitted inside the Exhibition
- All visitors entering the Exhibition do so at their own risk. All visitors, in particular the elderly, pregnant women, and visitors in wheelchairs should be extremely careful when moving through the Exhibition and exploring the artworks, as the venue is dark and has uneven/slippery floors. Please contact the Exhibition’s staff if any assistance is required
- In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the Exhibition’s staff to exit the venue
- Some areas may only be accessible by stairs
- Some areas may not be accessible to visitors in wheelchairs due to safety concerns
- Some artwork areas might be temporarily closed without prior notice
- Some artwork may cause severe allergic reaction, please enquire the Exhibition’s staff
- Some artwork contains strong lighting and loud audio effects, which may cause sensory discomfort in an instant
- Visitors should not touch the equipment including LED screens, transparent screens, mirrors, sensors, projectors
- Some areas have mirrored floors. Wrap skirts are available upon request
- Visitors may get wet in some areas. Protective gear is available upon request
- Photo or video shooting for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior consent
- Visitors may be asked to wait in line, depending on the venue’s maximum capacity and safety concerns
- Travel to and from the Exhibition is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder
- All visitors, including children older than 3 years of age, with flu-like symptoms such as fever, muscle pain, sore throat, cough or runny nose, must wear a face mask at all times
- The cut off for same-day ticket sales at the teamLab SuperNature Box Office and final entry to the exhibition are 45 minutes before closing
- Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale without the prior written consent of Cotai Ticketing
- No refund or exchange for tickets is permitted unless the event is postponed or cancelled

I had seen many Instagram posts about teamLab exhibitions in different countries, so it was on our must-visit list for our next trip to Macau — and it definitely did not disappoint.
I visited with my 12-year-old son, and we both really enjoyed this immersive experience. It felt completely different from anything we’ve visited before. We spent several amazing hours exploring the various rooms and interacting with the installations.
We also purchased the add-on experience (Floating Flower Garden + Tea House), and it was absolutely worth it. I love orchids, and the Floating Flower Garden was truly breathtaking — being surrounded by hundreds of orchids of different types and colors was unforgettable. The Tea House was also a great experience, with delicious ice cream and a nice variety of teas.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to visit, whether with children or as a couple. Highly recommended!

teamLab's SuperNature exhibition is located at the westernmost end of The Venetian Macao's West Wing. The Venetian is truly immense, and the effect of this sound, light, and electricity combination exhibition is absolutely spectacular. The teamLab art collective refers to this collection of works as a "body-immersive art museum," divided into over a dozen themes. Walking through and exploring the different themed areas truly allows one to become "lost" within it, constantly needing to orient oneself in the mirrored surfaces to find one's relationship with this three-dimensional, interwoven, and visually deceptive environment. This makes one feel as though they, along with this vast collection of works, form a giant postmodern installation.

it was quite a long walk from the Venetian so I find it best to go in early. Good thing it was a weekday so there aren’t big crowds that day. I was pleased with the overall experience, the floating garden was so unique and wonderful, I feel like I was able to get my money’s worth. would highly recommend when you are visiting Macau.

A must attraction if you want socmed-worthy pics. You can go here either through The Venetian or The Parisian. Not so big as other TeamLab studios but still worth-it. My favorite experience was coloring land and sea creatures and you’ll see it come to life, projected on the walls.

The photos turned out beautifully. The kids absolutely loved the slide and the starry trampoline; they had a fantastic time. However, they quickly ran out of energy, so we had to leave before seeing the entire exhibition. We'll definitely visit again next time.

The booking process was seamless.
No need to queue up; we just went directly to the entrance and showed our QR code.
We spent about two and a half hours inside the exhibit.

So much fun even for adults. They have interactive displays where you draw, jump, slide. The scenes and music was relaxing and beautiful. We purchased the add ons at the place and I’d say it was worth it. The flowers were beautiful and we finished it off with some ice cream and tea (included w/ add on). Didnt expect we’d be there for 2.5 hrs.
