driver is assigned straight after we purchase the package. the driver drove a very luxury 7 seater. he was very helpful and guide us through the custom.
The driver was good. Klook information was very vague in regards to public holiday surcharges which was not stated in there terms and conditions and surcharge table. Annoyed where we paid an additional service surcharge on a public holiday where we got stuck at immigration and driver drove off due to wait time was to long (which is not our fault) this should be covered in the service and was then asked to pay for another service surcharge which was kind of ridiculous.
