What to expect
This incredible two day journey departs from your Colombo hotel very early, giving you plenty of time to reach World's End with your driver guide. World's End, found in Horton Plains National Park in Nuwari Eliya, is one of the most famous sites in the district. Your hike to World's End begins in the park, and as you hike on through the National Park, you'll be able to appreciate the gorgeous natural beauty of Sri Lanka all around you. The World's End itself is a cliffside which opens up to a breathtaking panorama of a heavily wooded valley, which is the line between Central and Sabaragamuwa Provinces. After your return back to Nuwara Eliya, you'll be able to take lunch at a local restaurant and then opt to check in at a hotel (at your own expense) before leaving for a tour that takes you around the city. You'll be able to tour Gregory Lake, Seetha Aman, and Hakgala before heading to the local market for some local color and culture. At the end of the day, you return to the hotel you checked into. The next day will have you leaving for the tea factory in Nuwara Eliya, where you'll get to see the Sri Lankan way of processing tea. Given the abundant natural resources in the Nuwara Eliya area, it's not a surprise that their tea is excellent. After the factory, you will head to the Ramboda Waterfalls, the 11th highest falls in the country. When you return, you can enjoy a break for lunch before you depart back to Colombo.

Friendly , kind and professional tour guide + driver, really nice experience
My tour guide , Shawn was awesome! He happened to be my driver to pick me up late night at the airport and then took me on the tour the next day very early in the morning! He has been very informative, professional and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend him to anyone as tour guide/driver while traveling in Sri Lanka!
Web info indicated pickup time at 5am, voucher at 4am, questioned agency via email no reply. No guide just driver and even not an English speaking. He had no clue what was agreed in voucher and with very basic English I had to manage the whole plan. Nobody told us we are not supposed to arrange accommodation on our own (I understood if not included I need to do it). Later on manager called me and complained on messing up thing but they had not provided any indication in this respect before. All costs (except for accommodation) should had been included but we were asked couple times to cover costs (parking fees, entrance to botanical garden etc) In addition lunch which included we paid on our own and later after our protest we received some compensation. Lastly but not least important is the fact the driving was absolutely dangerous and we didn't feel comfortable.
