Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- Please book at least 18 hours in advance to guarantee your ride.

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are available upon request
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Reservations for this service must be made no later than 6:00 PM (GMT+8) the day before departure.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel the order up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity time.
- Control staff will contact guests the day before departure to confirm pick-up time and vehicle details.
- Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to Wi-Fi so that the driver can contact you to arrange a pick-up location.
- The hourly fee for exceeding the dedicated car service time is $350, payable in cash.
- Meet and greet service is available for $100 per service (please specify when placing your order).
- Additional baggage, HKD$100 per item (please specify when placing your order)
- A child seat is available for $100 per seat (please specify when ordering).
- The itinerary does not include tunnel and parking fees. These will be reimbursed if applicable.
- 23:30-06:30 is the night service period, which requires an additional night service fee of $500 (please specify when placing the order)
- A service fee of HKD$1500, payable in cash, applies on the following special dates: Chinese Lunar New Year (29th to 3rd day), February 14th, October 6th, Christmas (December 21st, 24th, 25th, 26th), New Year's Eve (December 31st) and January 1st.
- Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal: All pick-up and drop-off services will proceed as normal, but delays may occur due to traffic congestion.
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: Our company prioritizes the safety of drivers and passengers and must suspend services immediately. Pick-up and drop-off services will be re-arranged individually.

My driver, Tom, was awsome. I needed to do some shopping for friends during 1 night transit in Hong Kong and visited several different shops throughout the day. Tom was incredibly patient and accommodating. He would even get out and check whether a shop was actually there, as it was sometimes difficult to identify shops from the outside. He was always very clear about exactly where he would pick me up whenever I left the car, which made the entire experience stress-free. Also, if he was delayed by traffic, he would proactively Whatsapp me and let me know he would be a few minutes late. Throughout the trip, I had complete peace of mind and total confidence in my shopping route because of his professionalism and reliability. I truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend him if your stay in Hong Kong is limited!
no communication with driver but I got everything I wanted out of the day. premium rate morning of Valentine’s Day was kind of outrageous but I had only one day in HK and wanted to make the most of it.
I was very worried until the day of arrival because there were no reviews, but on that day, I received a message with the car photo via WhatsApp. A person in their mid-50s, neatly dressed, was waiting in our hotel lobby. The car was also a Tesla Model S, which was very nice, and they opened and closed the doors for us, and took care of the parking fees so we wouldn't have to pay. It was really great!!! Highly recommend.
everything is ok. except he didnt finish our 5 hours package. we did fast to finished each iterinary to do more.. but after the iterinary. he told us to go back to hotel. but we still have 2 hours..
