The driver came before the scheduled time. It was most convenient to contact via WhatsApp. At first, we gave him our Line ID. Until the scheduled time, no one contacted us. However, the driver came to wait in front of the hotel. It was very good. He also helped us plan our trip. It saved time and was the best value for money. I didn't take any photos with the car because I was in a hurry to go to many places.
The driver arrive on time. The regulation should not be strict much as he said if moreover 80km they won’t service. In the menu they have only one for Kowloon one for Hongkong, you should have no limited about the direction we want.
Communication via WhatsApp, the call center will contact to confirm us about 2 days before. Then 1 day before the trip, they will inform us of the driver's name, car registration number, and invite us to join the chat group with the driver and the call center, which is very good. There is a third party. In case we have any additional expenses, they will inform us before the trip. When the time comes, the driver will be waiting before the appointed time. The car is clean, the seats are comfortable, and the air conditioning is cool. The car we used had a cigarette smell, but not too strong. After sitting for a while, we didn't feel it. They must have tried to clean it. The driver took us to the destination according to the drop-off point so we didn't have to walk far. When it was done, we informed them in the chat and they picked us up at the drop-off point. The driver drove very well. Overall, it was very convenient. It was a good way to save time. We used the service to take us to worship Buddha for 3 days and then dropped us off at Disneyland. Of course, only the car with the driver does not have anyone to take us to worship, so we have to do everything ourselves, but it will save a lot of money. In many temple tours, we have to go to jewelry shops. This will save us a lot of time.

It was so good. Although Hong Kong has good public transportation, there is nothing like a van when more than 4 people are moving. I think I was more satisfied using it in bad weather. Communication with the driver in real time via messenger was also smooth, so there was no difficulty at all in using it.
