Spa in Jimbaran Bali by ASAI Village

I booked through Klook and got scammed. I paid through Klook and even received a booking confirmation, but the vendor contacted me saying they weren't available at that time. It seems like they took advantage of the fact that I couldn't get a refund if I canceled within 24 hours. They told me they couldn't cancel the booking and that I had to do it myself, but Klook said I couldn't. So, I didn't get the service and couldn't get a refund either. The vendor acted like they provided the service and took my money. I'm so angry, it ruined my trip. I plan to continue complaining to Klook. The vendor shouldn't have confirmed the booking if they couldn't provide the service. It seems like they confirmed it first and then used this scam method of not providing the service.

I liked it so much the first time I received it that I booked it again the next day. It was my last day in Bali, so I checked out and visited at 9 am, and they said that all the reservations they had made in person were full, and that I couldn't get a massage today because the reservations I made through Klook were not processed. I deliberately checked out early, but I ended up spending 2 hours at a time, leaving a total of 4 hours wasted on the street. Because something like this happened on the last day, I think Bali will remain as a very shitty memory.
