La Nusa Bali Spa Wellness in Nusa Dua

My wife and I booked the Happy Ayurveda package. It was within walking distance from our hotel, Conrad Bali, but we were grateful for the round-trip transportation. The shop had a lovely scent, and the spa room was clean and hygienic, which put us at ease. I've had spa experiences before, but this was my first time trying Ayurveda, and I was excited. I was relieved that the treatment chart was available in Japanese. Some of the staff members could also speak Japanese, so there were no communication issues. You can choose from 18 different types of aroma oils. We had our treatment in a couple's room. First, we had a hot rattan massage (100 minutes), which used heated bamboo for the aroma massage. After that, we had Shirodhara (20 minutes), followed by a shower. Then, we had a head spa (60 minutes), which was pure bliss. I experienced three spas during my stay in Bali, but this spa was my favorite.

We had to rebook in a hurry due to other spas being fully booked. Although the original booking included transportation, the honeymoon package needed to be ordered six hours in advance, but the shop still tried their best to accommodate us, even though we had to arrange our own transport. Klook platform should pay attention to shop information to avoid losses for customers. Upon arrival, we realized that the shop really needed time to set up, and we sincerely appreciate them accepting our order. My partner and I were extremely satisfied with the service quality and staff attitude. Later, we discovered that their Google Maps rating is as high as 4.9, and they truly deserve it; it's not boosted by freebies.

Atmosphere: Very romantic, perfect for couples. Massage Therapists: The staff all speak some Chinese. The therapists were very quiet, didn't make unnecessary conversation, and didn't chat with colleagues during the massage. The pressure was just right; both my husband and I fell asleep. Environment: A quiet, elegant standalone villa. Facilities: I loved both the bathtub and the shower. Service: The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent; the driver was enthusiastic, and the car was spacious. However, there was a lot of traffic, so I recommend leaving early if you have a tight schedule! The consultation before the massage was also very thorough, with Chinese explanations, and they helped store our belongings. The drinks and snacks afterward were also very tasty.

Had a really pleasant experience at La Nusa Bali Spa. Overall, it’s value for money for the duration and what’s included. The yoghurt body scrub was also refreshing and left the skin feeling smooth. My therapist was good and on point pressure was consistent, attentive to comfort, and professional throughout the session. The overall ambience was calm and comfortable, making it easy to fully relax.

We booked the honeymoon couples massage, a total of two and a half hours. The masseuses were amazing and really hit the pressure points, it was very comfortable. The exfoliation and milk mask were also good, my body felt so smooth afterwards. The tropical bath was beautiful and smelled great. The masseuses didn't follow us outside asking for tips like in Thailand, but because they were so great, I went back to their room and gave them a tip! Overall, I thought it was great.

I booked the 90-minute course with my wife. I was able to choose my favorite massage oil, and the massage was very pleasant and relaxing. It relieved the fatigue of my trip. When I requested a strong massage, my calves and arms were so painful that it might be better to choose a medium strength. You can also choose whether or not to shower after the massage. After the treatment, tea and cookies are served. Considering the massage prices in Japan, I thought it was a great deal, with hotel pick-up and drop-off included. I recommend it.

I love their details in handling our each massage treatment. They asked for our focus part of the body, the part of the body we dont like to be touched etc. I've booked for the honeymoon package and they went all out to decorate the room with heart shaped flowers on the floor, and the wordings I Heart U with flowers too. its totally romantic.

I used it on the day I returned home. The driver who picked me up at the hotel suddenly decided to go directly to the airport from the spa instead of returning to the hotel, so he went out of his way to pick up the suitcase I had left at the hotel, which was really helpful. All the spa staff were also very kind. The massage was very pleasant, and the swelling was reduced so much that my sneakers felt loose. I'm planning to go to Bali again in six months, so I'll definitely go again.
