this spa experience was truly delightful and value for money! it featured an elegant interior and meticulous treatment from the therapists. before you begin your treatment, the customer service team would ask you to fill in a form to indicate the intensity of the massage and areas to avoid massaging. They even provided towels and a private bathroom to shower in after the massage. a truly relaxing way to pamper yourself!

It was a fantastic massage.. I didn't have any expectations so I was going to go somewhere on the street but I made a reservation through Klook and went there. First of all, the shop is big and clean. The massage room is a private room so I was able to heal in complete privacy. Time went by so fast. It was 90 minutes but they gave me a cup of tea before the start so I had a cup of tea.. When I came out of the shop, more than 2 hours had passed magically.. I felt like I received really good service for this price. They checked the pressure adjustment from time to time and my back was sore from working out two days ago, but it was all gone when I came out. It was so good.. I plan to stay in Kuta for about 3 more days so I want to come back at least once more. It's the best! Oh, my dedicated manager was DEVI. She's so cute and kind.. The massage was awesome!

this spa was recommended by my tour driver and told me this spa won several awards in Indonesia. got curious so I took a package in Klook. I got the 180 mins "for her spa". as soon as I arrived, the receptionist already assisted me and handed me welcome team, cold towel (probably because it is summer), and info sheet. I love how this spa is asking you which particular problem areas you may have so this makes their service top notch and personalized. i was given an entire room all for myself and with complete amenities (jacuzzi, hair spa and wash bin, seating area, etc). My therapist Agung was so friendly and she really took care of the entire package from scrub, balinese massage until hair spa. this is so far my BEST SPA EXPERIENCE ever.

First experience here and it was awesome. Easy access as it is along the main road. Service is tip top. Therapist massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep for the duration. Will come back again next time.

Had a great time at Taman Air spa. Very affordable price for a 3-hour relaxation. One big room for yourself. Perfect to end my trip in Indonesia. Will try a different package next time.
