Me and my mom had a great time riding the rickshaw. Masa had great energy and he’s also very welcoming. He also gave us tips on how we can fully enjoy our trip in Tokyo. I highly recommend Masa if you are to book this attraction 😊
The day we had the tour, it was cold and raining. Ebisuya was perfectly prepared with warm blankets, a rain screen over our legs and heating pads on the seating. As it was a quiet day, we extended our tour with thirty minutes. Masa, our rickshaw driver, took us into Senso-ji and Matsuchiyama and proved to be a great photographer as well! He took us some memorable pictures to last a lifetime. Great experience!
service was impeccable. received an email from an Ebisuya Rickshaw staff to confirm the booking, and another email reminder one a day before. during the ride, our rickshaw puller Yuki brought us to places and explained the background/history. he was very friendly and humorous and also helped us take very nice pictures. highly recommended! it is a good experience.
It was my first time traveling to Tokyo and I was very interested in the rickshaw tour so I made a reservation. The rickshaw staff spoke Korean, Japanese, and English well and took pictures for me in between so I was very satisfied ^^ It must have been hard for 30 minutes but they smiled ^^ I was very satisfied. I highly recommend it~ Take care of your health, teacher~
The employees at Tokoya are very enthusiastic and have rich body language! We had a group of 4 cars. The mothers who didn’t speak English or Japanese laughed happily even though they couldn’t understand. The handsome boys kept introducing the attractions in simple words even though we didn’t understand! Full marks for service ~ Because online orders are limited, we placed orders on two platforms and at different times (but I set the same orderer name). Two days before the trip, they wrote to me asking if I needed to transfer the order. We merged and set off together~ Fortunately, I saw the letter, so a group of us could take photos together and experience it together! A very worthwhile trip!
it was fantastic, quite easy to find and it was clearly indicated in the email that the ebisuya company sent. the top service, the passion and joy of the young men and women who lead us is contagious. Joe was super pleasant and friendly, explaining the history, the setting, his passions etc. to us. my son who is reluctant and doubtful about everything loved it. it's an experience to be had.
The staff were very professional. They explained the details to us while bringing us around Asakusa. Fun experience.
THIS IS A MUST WHEN VISITING TOKYO! I love that there is an English speaking guide! And the guide takes great photos!
Issy is our guide and he was super duper friendly!! He even gave us discount valid for 3 years if ever we will do rickshaw again soon!
Great tour, it is on the expensive side but the guys do make it interactive and fun. Our guide was really knowledgeable (had been doing it for 21 years) worth it for a niche experience.
