Αν σκέφτεστε την IJen, θα πρέπει να σταματήσετε να σκέφτεστε και να το κάνετε :)! Είναι ένα πολύ ωραίο μέρος με υπέροχη θέα. Η μπλε λάβα δεν είναι τόσο μεγάλη, αλλά είναι ωραίο να τη βλέπεις. Επίσης, η πεζοπορία ήταν δύσκολη, αλλά με κάθε δύναμη μπορείτε να το καταφέρετε. Υπάρχουν 5 σημεία ελέγχου όπου μπορείτε να κάνετε ένα διάλειμμα.

It was one of the most memorable trip I have been to with lots of experience and flavors. Even though our trip to Kawah Ijen got canceled due to wildfires, we were offered alternative options and we chose Tabuhan island where we could ride a boat, enjoy our lunch and break time on the beach before we continued to go snorkeling. We also got a chance to get our footages while snorkeling to keep as a memory. Especially, our tour guide and driver Mr. Ruly was very funny and energetic to be around. Moreover, his driving skill was so admirable which we do not have to worry much as he drove us from one place to the other very safely. Overall, I would recommend to book this shared multiday tour to experience the most of Bromo and East Java. 💯💯

As my first solo trip,I was scared and doubtfull. The schedule somehow similar to the package,with some changes. Day 1: Tumpak Sewu Driver Andika was punctual and nice.Guide Widodo was helpful and good photographer!He stayed when I struggled climbing up. We stayed at Jamilah H’stay,far from town.The room wasn’t soundproof and the shared toilet was small. But the receptionist was very helpful. Day 2: Seruni Viewpoint Driver Frankie was friendly.We took a jeep near Seruni VP and had no guide, but everything went smoothly.Breakfast was prepared before continue to Kawah Ijen. Day 3: Kawah Ijen Our driver was skillful despite the long journey from Bromo.Hadi Homestay was spacious with better facilities.At 12:30 AM, we started the hike.Our guide Iqbal,was very helpful.Toughest hike,but he brought us to see the blue fire and lake without pressuring.We followed our own pace and made it! Going down,I took the “Lamborghini” for 500k—worth every penny! Tips: Stretch and warm up before hiking!

Thanks to Fauzi and Fredy we had a very good time even though ijen was closed due to unexpected circumstances but they able to arrange and customise the trip for us. Both of them are very friendly, hardworking and committed to their job with full of passion which make our trip wonderful. They deserve a raise and praise.

Our three-day, two-night East Java volcano tour truly exceeded our family's expectations! We learned after booking that the Ijen crater was closed. The travel agency not only promptly informed us but also actively helped us adjust our itinerary, even adding the Madakaripura Waterfall, which turned out to be the most surprising and memorable part of our trip. The three-day, two-night private tour was absolutely worth it! We had a dedicated guide and driver with us the entire time. Our guide, Jiaxin, is a native Indonesian but speaks fluent Chinese, so communication was seamless. Along the way, he shared many stories about the volcanoes, culture, and local life, and he also took excellent care of our family of four. During the trip, my husband, who suffers from severe sleep apnea, had a very strong reaction to the high altitude. Jiaxin meticulously looked after him, especially during the climb up Mount Ijen, where he accompanied and supported him almost the entire way. This allowed me to focus on caring for our two children without having to juggle responsibilities between family members. His attentiveness and sense of responsibility truly touched us. (And we even saw the beautiful artificial blue fire at the volcano!) Throughout the journey, Jiaxin also adjusted the pace according to our family's condition, arranging timely breaks, helping us take photos, and recommending local delicacies, making the entire trip very relaxed and comfortable. At Mount Bromo, when we were delayed and missed breakfast, he quietly arranged for the hotel to save meal boxes for us, so we had food waiting as soon as we returned to the hotel – truly thoughtful. I must also commend our driver, Agus Botak. Every day involved long drives of over four hours, often on winding mountain roads in East Java, and sometimes even starting in the early morning. Yet, he was always energetic and drove smoothly, allowing us to rest comfortably in the car. For families traveling with children, a safe and reliable driver is incredibly important. What touched us most was that they didn't treat this job as a routine task; they genuinely cared for every traveler. These three days brought us not only beautiful scenery but also heartwarming human connection. This was the best travel experience I've had in Southeast Asia to date, which is why I'm writing this review so earnestly, hoping it can serve as a reference for others. From the travel agency's arrangements and the guide's professionalism to the driver's attentiveness, they left me with a wonderful impression of Indonesia. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also want to add that the cost of this private tour includes one meal, local guides for Madakaripura Waterfall and Ijen Volcano, all entrance fees, and necessary equipment, so there's no need to worry about additional expenses – it's truly worth it! ❤️

Το 4ήμερο/3νύχτο ταξίδι μας στο Bromo, στο Ijen Blue Flame και στον καταρράκτη Tumpak Sewu ήταν απολύτως τέλειο! Τα καταλύματα που είχαν κανονιστεί ήταν εξαιρετικά και πολύ άνετα, επιτρέποντάς μας να ξεκουραστούμε υπέροχα μετά από κάθε σωματικά απαιτητική μέρα. Θέλουμε να ευχαριστήσουμε ιδιαίτερα τον οδηγό μας Anam και τον οδηγό μας. Ο οδηγός οδήγησε τόσο ομαλά που μπορούσαμε να ξεκουραστούμε άνετα κατά τη διάρκεια των μεγάλων διαδρομών. Ο οδηγός μας Anam ήταν απίστευτα επαγγελματίας και αφοσιωμένος. Μας εισήγαγε βαθιά στην τοπική ιαβανέζικη κουλτούρα και ιστορία καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του ταξιδιού, δίνοντάς μας μια πολύ πλουσιότερη κατανόηση των τόπων που επισκεφτήκαμε. Είτε μας καθοδηγούσε στην πεζοπορία τα μεσάνυχτα για να δούμε το Ijen Blue Flame είτε εξερευνώντας τον καταρράκτη, ο Anam έδινε πάντα προτεραιότητα στην ασφάλειά μας. Επιπλέον, είναι ένας καταπληκτικός φωτογράφος! Μας βοήθησε να βγάλουμε τόσες πολλές εκπληκτικές φωτογραφίες, δημιουργώντας αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις. Συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτή την ομάδα, μια εμπειρία 5 αστέρων!

Nabil, our sweet and kind tour guide, has made it an amazing trip for us to Bromo and Madakirapura Waterfall! Overall the trip was very well-organised. The time spent on each activity was precisely calculated, allowing us to have enough time to catch a break after each eventful adventure. Nabil took care of everything. After a light meal before sunrise he guided us to a spot where most people would have missed, giving us the advantage of having a clear view of bromo at dawn. He was also very thoughtful, providing us with cushions while waiting. The view was spectacular and breathtaking, absolutely worth the wait. Nabil was loquacious and knowledgeable, a decent quality for a tour guide, about the history and culture of each spot, telling us interesting stories and explaining things in detail. He also helped us to take a lot of nice pictures, making our journey even more memorable. He’s a friend of us now!

This volcano and waterfall tour was absolutely worth it. Thank you, Dasi and Nandu, for giving us such pleasant memories. I strongly advise everyone to visit the waterfall, and it's crucial to hire a guide – it's a matter of life and death, so definitely get one!
