ειλικρινά τα 5 αστέρια είναι για τον ξεναγό μας Ken Huang και τον οδηγό Sam Wang. Και οι δύο ήταν τόσο κατατοπιστικοί και ευγενικοί. Τα μέρη που επισκεφτήκαμε ήταν εκπληκτικά, αλλά αυτοί οι δύο τα έκαναν ακόμα καλύτερα. Ήμασταν τόσο τυχεροί. Τα 5άστερα ξενοδοχεία ήταν επίσης εκπληκτικά.

on July 8, 2026 - I had a Fabulous KLOOK trip to Yehliu Geo park, Jiufen old town, Waterfall, & Shifen Sky Lantern experience! Our Guide (Richard) was Great: sharing his knowledge of Taiwan and the areas we visited, & which shops he thought were best to purchase teas, pineapple cake, Pork Noodle Soup, Taiwanese sausage - which was very helpful. Richard did a great job keeping us on-time so everyone had a great time. The bus was clean and had air conditioning - which was helpful in the summer heat. I personally enjoyed launching the Sky Lantern- wow! What a joy!! It was like that scene in Disney’s “Tangled”: seeing many Lanterns in the sky. I strongly recommend this tour AND I would take it again! Thanks Richard for your Awesome recommendations!

Sophie is an excellent tour guide and very approachable. She even lent us some cash when we didn't have any. Thank you for allowing us to experience this tour. My only suggestion is that I hope we can stay longer at the windmill because we left before sunset and didn't fully enjoy the view. Hopefully, next time, you will consider letting us stay for at least two to three minutes during sunset. Thank you.

Our tour guide (Alicia) was a sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled tour guide! The tour was smooth and there were lots of chances to take photos, buy food + souvenirs, and take in the beautiful sights. The bonus would be taking the scenic train ride in Alishan and taking in the views while the train does the work!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience on our Sun Moon Lake tour, and a big part of that was thanks to Jeannie! She was friendly, professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. She shared interesting information about each destination, kept the group informed, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her energy and passion for what she does really enhanced the experience and made the tour both enjoyable and memorable. Sun Moon Lake is beautiful on its own, but having a guide like Jeannie made the experience even better. Highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Jeannie as your guide, you’re in great hands!

it is a wonderful experience touring the north coast of taiwan. Our guide, Tommy, is very helpful and informative. In every destination, he tells us a bit of the history of each place, how it has come about, and even the meaning of the name of the place. It was also quite helpful that he recommended some of the best spots to shop and to buy souvenirs, and even assisted on food purchase during our Shifen stop. Overall, very recommended, and will definitely book again when we come back with other kids.

Αυτή ήταν μια υπέροχη εμπειρία για εμάς. Ενημερωθήκαμε μια μέρα πριν για τη διευθέτηση της παραλαβής. Το λεωφορείο ήρθε στην ώρα του. Ο καιρός ήταν καλός, οπότε περάσαμε υπέροχα παρακολουθώντας τα αστέρια πριν προχωρήσουμε στο Hehuanshan για την παρακολούθηση της ανατολής του ηλίου. Καθώς είχε χιονίσει τις προηγούμενες ημέρες, χιόνι και πάγος υπήρχαν ακόμα κατά μήκος του δρόμου, προσθέτοντας στην εμπειρία. Οι πλαγιές του βουνού είχαν ακόμα χιόνι. Η θερμοκρασία ήταν παγωμένη, πρέπει να ντυθείτε κατάλληλα. Η εμπειρία ήταν υπέροχη επειδή ο καιρός ήταν καλός. Αν ο καιρός ήταν βροχερός ή ομιχλώδης, δεν θα υπήρχε τίποτα να δούμε.
