Sincerament, les 5 estrelles són per al nostre guia turístic Ken Huang i el conductor Sam Wang. Tots dos van ser molt informatius i amables. Els llocs que vam visitar eren increïbles, però ells dos ho van fer encara millor. Vam ser molt afortunats. L'allotjament a l'hotel de 5 estrelles també va ser increïble.

El 8 de juliol de 2026, vaig fer un viatge fabulós amb KLOOK al parc geològic de Yehliu, al poble antic de Jiufen, a la cascada i a l'experiència de les llanternes celestials de Shifen! El nostre guia (Richard) va ser fantàstic: va compartir els seus coneixements sobre Taiwan i les zones que vam visitar, i quines botigues considerava les millors per comprar tes, pastís de pinya, sopa de fideus de porc i salsitxa taiwanesa, cosa que va ser molt útil. Richard va fer una gran feina mantenint-nos a temps perquè tothom s'ho passés d'allò més bé. L'autobús estava net i tenia aire condicionat, cosa que va ser útil amb la calor de l'estiu. Personalment, vaig gaudir molt llançant la llanterna celestial, uau! Quina alegria! Va ser com aquella escena de "Enredats" de Disney: veure moltes llanternes al cel. Recomano fermament aquesta excursió i la tornaria a fer! Gràcies, Richard, per les teves fantàstiques recomanacions!

Sophie is an excellent tour guide and very approachable. She even lent us some cash when we didn't have any. Thank you for allowing us to experience this tour. My only suggestion is that I hope we can stay longer at the windmill because we left before sunset and didn't fully enjoy the view. Hopefully, next time, you will consider letting us stay for at least two to three minutes during sunset. Thank you.

Our tour guide (Alicia) was a sweet, knowledgeable, and skilled tour guide! The tour was smooth and there were lots of chances to take photos, buy food + souvenirs, and take in the beautiful sights. The bonus would be taking the scenic train ride in Alishan and taking in the views while the train does the work!

L'experiència a Taipingshan és una joia amagada de Taiwan, cada part és agradable. Assegureu-vos de fer-ho primer abans de viatjar. Ara mateix, el gener de 2026, no hi ha cap restaurant a Jiuzhize, està en construcció, però podeu bullir ous i menjar panets al vapor. Va ser una experiència agradable.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience on our Sun Moon Lake tour, and a big part of that was thanks to Jeannie! She was friendly, professional, organized, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire trip. She shared interesting information about each destination, kept the group informed, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her energy and passion for what she does really enhanced the experience and made the tour both enjoyable and memorable. Sun Moon Lake is beautiful on its own, but having a guide like Jeannie made the experience even better. Highly recommend this tour, and if you’re lucky enough to have Jeannie as your guide, you’re in great hands!

it is a wonderful experience touring the north coast of taiwan. Our guide, Tommy, is very helpful and informative. In every destination, he tells us a bit of the history of each place, how it has come about, and even the meaning of the name of the place. It was also quite helpful that he recommended some of the best spots to shop and to buy souvenirs, and even assisted on food purchase during our Shifen stop. Overall, very recommended, and will definitely book again when we come back with other kids.

Va ser una gran experiència per a nosaltres. Ens van informar un dia abans sobre la recollida. L'autobús va arribar a temps. El temps era bo, així que vam gaudir molt observant les estrelles abans de dirigir-nos a Hehuanshan per veure la sortida del sol. Com que havia nevat els dies anteriors, encara hi havia neu i gel a la vora de la carretera, cosa que va afegir a l'experiència. Els vessants de la muntanya encara tenien neu. La temperatura era gèlida, calia abrigar-se bé. L'experiència va ser fantàstica perquè el temps era bo. Si hagués plogut o hi hagués hagut boira, no hi hauria hagut res a veure.
