όλα ήταν πολύ ομαλά. χρησιμοποιήσαμε την πλήρη ενοικίαση εξοπλισμού snowboard και απεριόριστο lift. ήταν πολύ βολικό να το εξαργυρώσουμε.

This was a lovely half day trip to Nara. Our guide was very kind and knowledgable. He constantly checked in on us during the tour. Both the shinto and buddhist temples were beautiful. The giant buddha was a personal highlight. Beware of the deers. Yes, they are cute and polite. but they will hound you if you're holding deer snacks. So, emotionally prepare yourself. Our tour guide also shared a lot of the historical and cultural of Nara and Kyoto, which was very lovely. I highly recommend the tour if you want to see Nara.

Είναι η 12η μέρα μας στην Ιαπωνία, όλες οι προηγούμενες μέρες ήταν εξαντλητικές. Ήθελα να κάνω αυτή την εκδρομή μόνη μου, αλλά τα παιδιά δεν απέδιδαν πλέον το ίδιο. Αποφάσισα να κλείσω αυτή την εκδρομή μια μέρα πριν και ήταν η καλύτερη απόφαση. Επισκεφτήκαμε πολλά μέρη χωρίς τόση κούραση ή εξάντληση, και τα παιδιά συνέχισαν χαρούμενα. Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να είχαμε δει τόσα πολλά μόνοι μας. Η ξεναγός και ο οδηγός μας ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί!

«Χάρη στην εξαιρετική ηγεσία του ξεναγού Tiger και την προσεκτική προσοχή του στη λεπτομέρεια, ήταν ένα τόσο ικανοποιητικό ταξίδι. Αν ακολουθήσετε τις συστάσεις του ξεναγού TIGer, είναι σίγουρο ότι θα έχετε ένα ικανοποιητικό ταξίδι. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για τις υπέροχες αναμνήσεις.»

Την προηγούμενη ημέρα της εκδρομής, θα σταλεί ένα email με πληροφορίες για το σημείο συνάντησης. Το πρωί, η συνάντηση είναι στην έξοδο 2 του Nihonbashi, όπου η αρχηγός της εκδρομής, Momo, περιμένει τους τουρίστες κρατώντας μια πινακίδα. Πριν φτάσουμε στα αξιοθέατα, η αρχηγός κάνει επεξηγήσεις σε πολλές γλώσσες. Στο Amanohashidate (τελεφερίκ), η βόλτα κοντά στην αμμολωρίδα είναι πολύ ευχάριστη, με τα νερά να είναι καθαρά, ήρεμα και όμορφα. Το Ine Funaya (βαρκάδα για να ταΐσετε γλάρους και αετούς) είναι μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία για ενήλικες και παιδιά, αν και δυστυχώς τα σπίτια-βάρκες μπορούν να παρατηρηθούν μόνο από μακριά, από το πλοίο. Το Miyama-cho Kayabuki no Sato είναι ένα ήσυχο χωριό χωρίς πολλά πράγματα να κάνετε, απλά απολαμβάνετε την τοπική ατμόσφαιρα. Το ταξίδι αυτή τη φορά ήταν αρκετά μακρινό, οπότε το πρόγραμμα ήταν λίγο σφιχτό, αλλά υπήρχαν ευκαιρίες για ξεκούραση στην πορεία. Ήταν μια πολύ σοφή απόφαση να κανονίσετε μια ημερήσια εκδρομή με πούλμαν κατά τη διάρκεια του ελεύθερου ταξιδιού στην Οσάκα!

The tour was good overall, it saves you time because you get to see a lot in one day and not get tired by using public transport. The first temple is beautiful. Places are crowded, when you get to Nara in the afternoon there is no deer food left to buy… Could be nice to have some on the bus to sell.

I really enjoyed this tour and workshop, especially because Yoshie was such a lovely guide! She was sweet, cheerful and approachable, making everything feel relaxed and fun. On the walk to the museum, she pointed out the mascot manhole covers, and throughout the museum she gave interesting explanations and kept great conversation. She was also fantastic during the Cup Noodle workshop, encouraging us to take our time and taking loads of photos for us. The tour lasted ≈1hr 40 and was definitely informative and enjoyable. My only criticism would be the price. I paid €137.25 for a small-group tour for two people, which felt a little expensive for what was included. The restaurant part was more like being dropped off near the station. I think having a little more guided time at the end would validate the price (2.5hr instead of 2hr) That said, I loved having someone else take care of the navigating ahah! Yoshie even helped us check restaurant availability and order before leaving.

We didnt get to see the castle, due to me booking on a tuesday (perhaps worth mentioning on the booking), but visiting the two shrines and the Palace with KC was informative, as well as the drive around. His english was good, he was enthusiastic, and he used humour well throughout.

Joined the 1-Day Kyoto Tour with Sunrise Tours and it was an absolute highlight of our Japan trip. Our tour guide was incredibly informative, courteous, and thoughtful — sharing fascinating insights while ensuring everyone felt comfortable and included. Perfectly organized with seamless transportation and a wonderful balance of must-see temples and hidden gems. Highly recommended!
