I had such an amazing experience in this class. The location was very easy to find, The instructors were so sweet and extremely accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. I was expecting it to be a little more hands-on, but overall it was truly wonderful and something I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

What an incredible experience! This day was so worth the time and the money. I am 61, and have attended culinary school at home in the States. I walked away happy, very happy. I highly recommend this class. The instructor and her crew were top notch. AND I left full!

This class was amazing! Sato was an amazing teacher. You really get to be involved in the whole process. The sushi and ramen were delicious! I was shocked how much flavor was in the broth. 10/10 would recommend

I am so happy with this experience! we were able to learn about Japanese culture while learning how to make sushi and ramen. the host were very kind and responsive. we enjoyed this class and it is one of the highlights of our trip. also the food we ate was absolutely delicious!

A true high light from our trip to Tokyo. Informative, fun and delicious you will not regret taking part in this experience. You make your own sushi and prepare and cook the delicious ramen. Location is easy to find from subway and train station.

One of the best cooking classes I've attended. You learned a lot about the ingredients and the Japanese culture. I felt very comfortable and was warmly welcomed. I will definitely book the course again.

Ich hätte auch 6 Sterne vergeben. Das war leider nicht möglich. Es war fantastisch! Die Kursleiter sind nett, zuvorkommend, sprechen Englisch, immer höflich und lustig, man hat keinen Zeitdruck, kann über alles reden. Es war einfach perfekt! Ich kann es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen diesen Kurs zu besuchen! Mein absolutes Highlight in 3 Wochen Japan!

Not only did we learn how to make delicious sushi and ramen, but we also got to enjoy sake, beer, and lots of laughs along the way.The instructors made everything easy to follow and created a super welcoming atmosphere. It felt less like a class and more like sharing a meal and conversation with friends from around the world.I’d highly recommend this to anyone—it’s not just cooking, it’s a cultural experience you’ll never forget!
