We had an amazing experience with the Ubud ATV and Water Rafting package! From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well-organised. A special shoutout to our driver, Herry, who was incredibly warm, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain the day's itinerary, gave us a clear breakdown of the activities, and shared helpful tips on what to expect, which made us feel comfortable and excited for the adventure ahead. The water rafting was definitely a highlight. The scenery along the river was beautiful, and the rapids provided the perfect balance of excitement and adventure. Our guide, Bagus, was engaging and ensured everyone felt safe while enjoying the experience. The ATV ride was equally enjoyable. The trail was exciting with plenty muddy tracks, a tunnel, and scenic routes that made the ride both thrilling and memorable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great service, friendly staff, and unforgettable activities.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Putu, during our Bali trip. He was professional, punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the local culture and attractions. Putu went above and beyond to make our holiday enjoyable and stress-free. He was always patient, accommodated our requests, and shared many interesting insights about Bali that we would never have discovered on our own. His driving was safe, and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey.

Our guide was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the bike tour very enjoyable. Most of the route was downhill, so it wasn't strenuous, and we had a fun ride while enjoying the beautiful scenery. It was a satisfying tour that allowed us to create wonderful memories in Bali. I was so grateful to the driver for taking us everywhere. They were calm and drove safely, truly a professional. Also, at every stop, there were professional photographers. Don't hesitate, just go for it—you'll get some amazing, once-in-a-lifetime shots. we saw that there was a firefly garden in Bali and added it to our must do list. I came onto Klook looking for a tour and I am so glad I did!! we had the lovely Farhan as our guide today and it made our tour so easy!! not only was he on time and made communicating very easy, we didn’t feel rushed at all. He even became our photographer capturing special moments on our tour which was so kind! this is the best tour I’ve done in Bali and has been the perfect end to our holiday!! I highly recommend this day trip if you’re looking for something a little off the beaten track! 😃😃

Our guide was Putra and he was very professional and flexible with us. He was prompt at pickup and drop off and asked us throughout what we wanted to see and do. He was a built in photographer and helped us through each location. He answered all of our questions and I felt like it was a lovely cultural exchange. For the cost, it’s definitely a great way to see Ubud! I would recommend again!
