The ambiance is quite nice, the location is convenient for transportation, and it's not too crowded on weekday evenings, so the space is relatively spacious. The price is affordable, worth trying!

Great experience overall. Friendly staff and great experience with the cats. The variety of free coffees available is great. The price for one hour is a little expensive on weekends.

It's fantastic inside! Not crowded and with lots to do. Perfect for kids aged 1-4, 5, or even a bit older to burn off energy for half a day or a full day. 👍 With Klook's buy-one-get-one-free ticket deal 🎫, buying for 2 adults and 1 child to play, even just for half a day, doesn't feel like a waste. We happily exhausted the little one and went home satisfied. Next time, we can invite friends and come earlier to play for most of the day or a full day, taking breaks as needed.

The place is big and there are enough staff on site. The toilets are very clean. Locker prices are reasonable at $50 for a large one and $30 for a small one. After playing, we went to the restaurant to eat chicken wings, which were better than expected.

we bought ticket in klook one day in advance, it’s cheaper than booking in official website and instant redemption at the receiption. There is a restaurant connected to the play area so that parents can eat and wait for their kids without paying entrance fee. parents can also sit at the waiting area nearby for free. I like the zip line and digital games and think I’ll let the kids enter by themselves next time.

Cute and cozy cat café around TST area. The only downside is that we went in the afternoon when the cats are usually napping. Nevertheless, the cats who were awake are very calm and friendly. For the price, we just hope that there could at least be a few free treats included.

Buying tickets on the platform is more cost-effective than buying them on-site. It's usually more crowded on holidays, and for some workshops, it's best to pick up your tickets early.
